great value and speedy
Rugby World Cup final was on so cab was expectedly late, but gave me updates and I'd made extra allowance for road closures & traffic. Cab driver friendly, helpful and took the quickest route to Heathrow. Helped with my luggage. Overall great experience and recommend.

Worst customer service ever
Our cab didn't arrive. Customer service was absolutely terrible. We needed to transfer good for a big Halloween party. Children were waiting. Like us for 40 minutes on the street with several boxes of food. We said it was important. I'm not going into detail. They hanged the phone twice on us. Worst experience with cab ever.

Despite the on-screen confirmation that booking was successful, i learnt once landed at the airport that the booking was not made. I was ensured a cab within 10-15 minutes. it arrived 2.5 hurt later.

Its going down...
Even though I am a regular user, I have to admit that the service and especially online is getting out of hand. I had the worst experience few days ago when it did not let me book online so I spent 15 min on the phone for no reason. Following that the cabby was also late 20 minutes while I had to go catch a plane at the airport. Not cool.

Booked then cancelled first booking
Re-booked when my flight was delayed (as there was no option to change time on original booking)
Both bookings were cancelled.
Arrived at Gatwick South Terminal with no car waiting to collect me.
Minicabster staff confirmed that it was an error on their part and apologised profusely.
Will use again but sort out the app to ensure bookings are honoured in future

It's the worst driver I have never seen.
He can't find my address on GPS, and when I was guiding him, he was complaining I wasted his time. Then go home and never drive to save your time! No manners and not polite! I will use Uber instead!

Journey with Random conversation
