10/10 service. Will use again!

The driver was 45 minutes late and told me he only received the booking 10 minutes ago. So obviously the previous driver had cancelled.

He didn't know an obvious address in London (Museum of London) and spent 10 minutes driving around the block.

He then asked me to pay multiple times when my company had already prepaid it. I had to speak to his manager to sort it out.

Overall, not a positive experience and we will not be using this service again.

It was supposed to be a simple airport pick up. The driver called me 5 times to let me know that he is at the drop off point, pick up point, short stay car park, arrivals, costa etc... etc...
Then he demanded car park costs because he arrived early. Total disaster.
2 stars for making it home in one piece.

Taxi Driver was ok. Very poor service from the Cab vompany. We are wondering why We have been asked to put the time We wanted the taxi when the Cab arrived 30 minutes later saying that our flight was ersly( it wasnt and We ask the taxi for a specific time) the taxi have been dispatched at 1:45 am so it was impossible yo reach the AirPort from tooting in 15 minutes, so this of the ersly arrival was just s poor excuse from the rude compAny owner. We r not going yo use your service anymore

Thanks to Minicabster for there help during my recent visit to the UK. Used the service six times with only one slight hiccup when a car was not able to make it at the appointed time. A replacement car was provided within the time quoted.

The driver picked me up from the hospital after I have had a surgery.
He was a very nice and supportive.

I have had to cancel 2 cars due to them bring late but even though I cancelled , both cabs contacted me and were unaware of cancellation

I booked a car for airport transport at 7:30am. Unfortunately, the driver cancelled at 6:00am, and I didn't get the email until 7:30am. I contacted customer service,and another driver was scheduled within 10 minutes. Thankfully, it worked out.

Had to wait 20 mins after speaking to driver to be picked up from Stansted as he did not have the flight number as it was not requested during the booking process. Controller of the cab company was rude and not helpful. Would not use again.

Ordered 3 taxis in London over the weekend from Minicabster. Their ordering on the phone app is easy and quick. The pre-quoted price is reassuring that the meter won't just run and run. 2 of the cabs arrived about 10 minutes late probably due to heavy traffic and the third one was spot on time late in the evening when the traffic was lighter. Overall a good competitive and easy way to get round London. I will use you again. Thanks.

I had a good journey.

The app is fantastic- allows you to compare prices and reliability etc. You can pay with card or cash. Can arrange pick up times, return journeys, stop offs etc. Really useful for a night out when you don't have a local cab number to hand.

However- on a few occasions I have had abusive drivers/ nasty calls from companies calling me an absurd amount of times, swearing and threatening when we decided to cancel a journey/ miscommunication with drivers- i.e them turning up half an hour early and trying to charge a waiting fee. As a young female, this can be quite intimidating and have resulted in calling a different, trusted cab company.

Easy to organise a lot fairer price and easy to locate.

On time, in fact early, very nice, polite driver, great service!

If you want a fairly okay minicab ride with an antisocial driver. well, look no further.
Price is just like uber but guaranteed so that is a bonus.

My driver dropped me 200 yards away from my destination but that is fine because, again, it was cheap.
I mean, what one can expects when one gets a £25 ride for £18? Not the best service.

Avarage service but if you want any better go elsewhere. It is your choice.
