I still have not received the clothes I ordered one month ago. Emailed CS many times and they keep sending tracking no or link that doesnt work!! Looks like scam!!

I ordered the Box.I am 87 years old and 5’2. Two of the four items are completely inappropriate for me. I Love Misook clothes and wish I could exchange the two items.
The clothes are beautiful but, two of the items are just not wearable 🌹

The dress did not look like the picture for the Nour dress. It was a different design and very stiff and cheaply made to be almost $300. The picture looked flowly. No response from company about a return or fixing it. Slow shipping. I wouldn’t trust the company. I wish I could include pictures for comparison.

The dress was exactly like the picture, beautiful material and fit, and I received it less than 2 weeks! I was worried this may have been a mistake, given the bad reviews and then reading the fine print that there are no returns or refunds, but I am happy with the dress!

After reading the reviews I was scared out of my mind because I had already bought my dress, but less than a week it was already shipped and it came in about 4 days! The dress is exactly like the picture and fits like a glove. Thank goodness. Though this may be a once a blue moon experience considering the reviews I thought it would be good to share incase someone is in the same boat as me!

I'm only giving it 3 stars because it took longer than expected to get the dress even after I paid extra to expedite shipping. It showed up 2 days before my event and because I didn't think it would arrive in time I ended up buying an alternate dress as back up. When it arrived however, it was absolutely perfect! Fit like a glove, looks exactly like the picture.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!
They advertise gowns that you do not receive once you purchase! I’m so disappointed and have lost $200.00. First the packaging was awful, it was just thrown in a small plastic bag. The dress was not sewn properly. The picture showed a one piece gown and what I received was a gown sewn with two pieces of fabric from the waist up and it was not sewn correctly, leaving the top fabric uneven! They have a no return policy, they claim to be out of LA, however the dress was mailed from Hong Kong! Stay away from this company!!

This company should have negative stars if anything. Liars and no refund excuse me!! I don’t need Angelica saying absurdity this issue need to be fixed immediately!!! Garbage fake looking dresses and paid over 200 this is completely un acceptable!!! Infuriating!.

This is so beautiful! Everybody loved it. I see a similar dress somewhere else and the price was crazy. For the quality I got and the way this dress came in is amazing for the amount I paid. This came in 5 days!!

Bought a dress for almost 200$ and received a piece of garbage not even close to looking like the one published online and their response is: sorry if the item doesn’t match but we have a All sale final policy! So make sure u guys don’t throw your money on this scam website!

I ordered this ombré belted round neck dress from misstook for over $100. It was nice and fits me well. Sometime last week, I saw the same exact outfit with the same model on Shein for only $22. I reached out to customer service with a screen shot of the outfit and the pricing from Shein, what I received from a Misstook representative by the name Angelica Doninado was nothing but a very rude response. Angelica said “ we didn’t force you to buy from us” If Misstook is really legit. and really care about their customers they will address the attitude of Angelica and if Angelica is the owner, she should quit this business immediately and take up another job where she will not have to deal with people because she does not know how. I hope this review finds you well.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I don’t believe the good reviews shown here are real reviews. The entire company/website is sketchy and deceptive. I wish I’d done my normal investigation, but everything just looked so legit. According to the website, everything is made and shipped from CA, but that is a lie. It comes from China. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received any shipping or tracking information. I initially received a message from this Angelica Dominado person whom I think is fake when inquiring about my order after I purchased, but since then… crickets! The replies have stopped after multiple attempts. Further, the entire website and their policies are a joke and sketchy. When you go to the Return section, it mentions nothing about the return policy. It looks like everything was copied and pasted from another site. I wish I read the reviews like I normally do before spending damn near $200 on a gown I’ll likely never receive, or won’t be as advertised.

I ended up filing a dispute with my banking institution and they are going to refund me my money. Thank goodness! Buyers beware! Do your research and stay away from this deceptive company.

Love the dress .. I’m super satisfied with the quality of the outside fabric would prefer different lining to danier fabric but overall is nice . The fit and comfortability is good , The execution of details/sequence on the fabric could be a little neater . Overall it’s a beautiful dress .

I ordered a dress for one of the events at my wedding. The dress never arrived because misstook didn’t clear the import taxes while they had mentioned it was an all inclusive survive till delivery at the home. The package was ultimately returned to them and I never got the dress.

I wrote to the support and requested a refund or new dress to a different address. They keep responding but doing nothing of what they promise to do and it has been more than 2 months now.

It’s the most truste and faster web what I ever used 😉
