If there was a zero rating this is what this DRESS AND SERVICE WILL GET!!!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Poor dress quality, the cheapest looking dress, doesn’t fit true to size. I can’t express how bad this dress is. Worst dress I have ever purchased. THEY TRICK PEOPLE INTO BUYING THE DRESS AND YOU WILL GET NO RETURN!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

The worst place to buy a dress from! It said 7-12 days. I received it on day 26! They don’t get back to you unless you write 20+ msgs. & when they finally get back, they tell you to go to their website. Worst costumer service ever! The fabric was so stretchy on the dress, that an L person could fit their XS. Bad and cheap fabric!
The material description was not even matching the tag! I have to fight for a return & god knows if I am able to get my money back or not !

There's a dress I want to order so badly. But the negative reviews made me do some additional research. The LA address they list on their website is an apartment complex. Nevermind. Smh

Do NOT buy from this website. Their dresses look extremely cheap and are not like the original dresses off their website. I paid $120 for my dress and it looked horrible. I wouldn’t buy if for $5. They won’t let u return anything u purchase either, that should be a red flag.

I bought a dress few weeks ago and after tracking it, it was returned back and i have been trying to get my money back but no way, this is the worst and fraudulent online store ever, i have reported to my bank, stupid people

Cheapest quality dresses you’ll ever find. They don’t accept returns which says a lot. They claim they do exchanges but the rules for exchanging make it impossible to even do so. The customer service is horrendous. Don’t shop here!

Everything was flawless ! From the customer support, to the delivery. I was veerryyy skeptical due to other online reviews but my dress was absolutely stunning and it was actually delivered early !! Great experience. Glad I had enough faith in Jesus to go through. No regrets here !!

I been trying to reach someone for days for a refund....by email and phone. My items have not been shipped. I've notified my credit card sevices!!

Delivery was on time. Dress quality was good. The only thing is exchanges should be excepted dress did not fit and I needed a bigger size.

Absolutely disgusting customer service, sent me a dress that was hemmed finished off on the sleeve and had,had the label cut out when pictures were sent I was told it looked perfectly fine to her, I asked for a refund and she told me they didn’t do them however the website states if the item is faulty to contact customer service which I did!
AVOID DO NOT ORDER! What a sham of a company

If I can give them 0,I would. Dress I got is very bad quality for the money they charge. Not to mention that dress was damaged at the bottom. And they still didn't want to refund. Don't buy from them, dresses are overpriced, qualitty 0.

Dress arrived super quickly. The dress fits nicely and I think it looks just like in the picture.

Worst experience online shopping with Misstook, I got a pair of heels and they came the wrong size and bad quality and sent a email to return them or exchange and they said nop sorry read the return policy 😤

Despite all the negative comments, I can say I'm very happy with my dress! It came in 4 weeks, and looks incredible on me! I'm very satisfied about quality too.
Just one thing, they aren't based in LA for sure, Hong Kong probably.
