I recently purchased a dress for my best friend’s engagement, I was so worried will it come on time or not since I ordered very close to the date, but it came within 1 week , took about 5 business days ! Thank you misstook ! I got tons of compliments !

Do not buy from @misstookfashion the quality of the dresses are terrible such a waste of money. They do not accept refunds you will be disappointed when the item arrives and it’s not even wearable. The glitter falls off and literally is glued onto the dress

Love this place, very good selection and customer service. I bought from them 2nd time. Both times I received my dresses in 2 weeks. Quality is excellent, size is a bit small.

Happy with my purchase,very good quality dress,it took long to arrive as I’ve put free delivery my event is only in 1 month and had plenty of time.Very happy so far,I don’t care if is from China or LA,they make everything in China anyways.

My daughter has purchased this dress from this website with trust that it will be here in time to get alterations for the length given the date she purchased it. After several emails and their excuses as to why the dress was late they finally came up with ‘the dress needs to be re manufactured’ ummm WHATT
The fact that the dress is now needing to be re manufactured means that this a fault on their behalf and it’s unfair and unjust to not refund because of a error on their behalf. We run a store and a website for online shopping here in Australia and we stand by our consumer laws, if the product is out of stock or does not reach the customer in the time given then the customer would be refunded as this is this is a general international ACC online shopping law. I’m unsatisfied with their lack of communication and customer service, every customer should be given the highest service since this is an online store this is even more crucial. Why would we purchase again with your discount they gave us if they failed to meet our needs when we needed their services the first time. This is simply unacceptable.
I now have to find a replacement dress as the event is this weekend and my daughter have nothing to wear. You can understand her distress at this important time in her life. Please People.. go report their Instagram page as a scam( you would need to follow them report.. then unfollow)

Providing a 1 star is pushing it... they don’t even deserve it. They left me with no dress to wear to my formal, I ordered the dress 8 weeks in advance and paid extra for shipping as I knew I would need alterations, the dress never came. They don’t provide you with a tracking number or anything, after numerous emails begging them to help me locate my order... which arrived 3 weeks after my formal. I demanded a full refund which they refused. I paid almost $300 for a dress that is trash (literally glitter falling off it) looks like some cheap china dress. They are the biggest scammers, I worked for weeks to save up to buy that dress for my formal and I ended up wearing my cousins dress, they ruined my formal for me... worse experience ever.

I read the reviews before buying. Against my better judgement, I bought anyway because there was one or two good ones and I really liked this one dress.
I placed my order April 15th. I then tried to cancel it two days later because I realized it wouldn't arrive on time for when I needed it on May 11th.The order had not even been processed yet but they just would not cancel. So basically, if they have your money, they're keeping it no matter what. They said they would try to get to me by may 11th.
Once they shipped it, the tracking number would not work for over a week to hide the fact that it was coming from China --oh and they would not reply to my emails either during this time. Once Canada post picked it up, they replied and said your tracking number is now activated.
Fast forward to today, received the item, fabric with glued on glitter. Yep I purchased a kindergartener's art project for over $250. It sheds like crazy.
Basically, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THE WORST AT CUSTOMER SERVIVICE, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE AND IT COMES FROM CHINA NOT LA

I ordered my dress for prom on April 11th. My prom is on April 27th and I assumed that this is a very large window. No company needs that much time to ship in the US especially since they claim they are “based in LA”. After numerous emails they decided to ignore me. It is April 24th and my dress is nowhere to be found. They sent me an email saying there was a glitch in their system and they don’t have a record of my dress. Are they serious? This is unacceptable. They took my money and want to say they don’t have a record of my transaction. I deeply regret ordering from this company after reading all the reviews. They are scammers and I will have to take legal action. They don’t even accept refunds. Why have bad customer service then refuse to give people their money back? I am deeply disappointed with this disgusting customer service. I have no other alternative for prom since the dress was expensive. Trash and fake

So I ordered from this site for the very first time, I was SUPER sceptical but they had a certain style dress I've been looking for and this style dress was sold out everywhere! I went on YouTube and saw a couple video reviews for this site which made me feel better that people actually recieved their dress. I ordered the dress on March 23rd and it shipped out on March 29th, It arrived in Canada on April 9th and it was at my door April 11th. So yes buying from this site does take a long time, so if you want a dress from here make sure you order in advance! I even had issues with using a coupon code so I reached out after I bought my dress and they refunded me the amount of the coupon. Their communication was pretty good, I didnt wait more than a day for a response, sometimes only a couple of hours. I would order from here again in the future. I gave them 4 stars because of how long shipping takes and for the fact that they say they are from Los Angeles's but they arnt.

When emailing them to ask about returns and/or exchanges, I got a response saying "all sales are final"... so basically go by the other reviews and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Something is fishy.

Terrible website! Was looking at a prom dress but i was unsure it would come on time so i contacted them via email and they assured me they were “working hard” and it woukd be with me on time. Two weeks later and they haven’t even shipped it yet! Attempted to ask for a refunyas i no longer needed the dress as it didnt come for the event and they said all their sales are final. They also say they are based in LA which is a complete lie because te emails were being sent from a person from china.

Wide range of dresses at affordable price. I bought two and really love them.
I chose a free delivery option and it took 3 weeks to deliver my order. Recommended!

Yes I agree with all reviews on this page this site has to be taken down.. Do not order the dresses they are poor quality and they do not refund. Furious.

Horrendous.
After ordering I decided to review the website which seemed a 100% legit by the way. Idiot in me decided not to check BEFORE I paid a lot to get my dress and to get it quick.

I emailed them telling them that the tracking number doesn’t work. They emailed me a link to another website which shows the dress actually coming from China. I said how come you say you’re based in LA but you’re shipping from China? They said, they have warehouses across the world (like hell they do).
I said fine, send me your store location and number in LA. They said they don’t “do” phone calls and they don’t have a physical store.

I said, if that’s the case I need to see a trade license of sorts or else I have no reason to believe you’re based in LA. I said if my dress doesn’t come as in the picture then I’m taking legal action.

Lo and behold the dress arrives and the “SEQUINS” are actually glitter you buy from the stationary shop, HOT GLUED onto the dress. My entire house is GLISTENING because the glitter is EVERYWHERE. I cant use it now, the event is five days away and I need to find an alternative.

Its hillariously infuriating.

Misstook also removed their Instagram account and delete bad comments from Facebook. I’m sure they’ll be back up very soon though.

Worst ever experience, Images are hard to see the stitching and workmanship , Fabric and stitching are of very bad quality, and also will not refund . I ordered a party dress for £119 to attend a wedding and the dress was horrible. didn't fit correctly, and the Cut and Stitch seems to be all wrong hence why it just didn't sit correctly. Had to buy another dress locally. Worst was i contacted the Mistook to return, and they refused any refunds. after several complaints. they agreed to a store credit and to choose another dress, of course i didn't want to lose my money, so i picked another . I returned the original dress. 4 weeks later ///// still no dress/ no money / no contact.... shoppers be careful !!!, Thanks to my Husband. he does not like anyone, being taking advantage off ((MISSTOOK.COM))
