Bought my engagement ring from Mitchel & Co & realised once looking for a wedding ring I couldn't find anything to match.
The service I received to alter my engagement ring and create a perfect matching wedding ring was second to none.
Professional, friendly advice & absolutely the best value for money.
Subsequently they designed a wedding ring for my husband & a set of matching cufflinks - again the quality of the design and the value was amazing. Can't wait to return for my eternity ring !!!!!!!!

The choices of rings Mitchel & Co have is superb, you can als customise a ring type to your taste, we wanted the band to be thinner, this was no issue for them. They will bend over backwards for you.

Diamonds are fantastic quality for a really good price. We can see the difference between ours and other diamonds from other jewellers and we paid less.

We can also take the ring back whenever and they will clean, polish it and check the diamond setting for free.

We did have some issues regarding the hallmark, although frustrating we got it sorted without any fuss.

If you are going to the jewellery quarter make this the first shop you go to.

We had an engagement ring and two wedding bands made from scratch. Service was great and prices were good. I would definitely recommend.

I found Mitchel & Co online whilst searching for Engagement and Wedding rings. I was impressed by the site and bowled over when we visited the shop. The knowledge and expertise of these guys is second to none. They are passionate about their craft. You are made to feel truly welcome when you visit and the jewellery that they make is utterly exquisite. Your budget and requirements are met without hesitation. When I went to collect my rings, I was speechless. They are AMAZING! I am often stopped in the street or out shopping by people to want to admire my rings and find out where I bought them. We stumbled upon Mitchel & Co whilst trekking round the jewellery quarter hunting for the perfect engagement ring. Mitchel & co stood out for me because of the slick signage and front of the shop. On entering the shop we were immediately greeted by the owner, who was super friendly, instantly likable and not at all over bearing or pushy like some of the other jewellers we had met that day.
It didn't take me long to find the perfect ring which fit me exactly - it was made for me it seemed!
Mitchel & co have a fantastic service following the purchase of your jewellery, because of this I have had my engagement ring cleaned for free when I dropped in. They did it there and then whilst I went for coffee next door. No waiting around. It also encouraged me to go back to buy other pieces, because I know they will be quality and you get special service every time you walk in.
I would recommend Mitchel & Co to others because of the quality of the products and the friendly service, which is a rarity these days.

From the moment my wife and I walked into Mitchel & Co we felt like one of the family. We'd gone to find a replacement engagement ring and spent a really enjoyable hour looking through all the different options. The staff were incredibly patient and answered all our questions.
The range and quality of rings and stones was amazing. My wife knew what she want and Mitchel & Co found it.

My partner and I initially went to Mitchel and Co to buy my wedding ring, which I'd seen online and had been convinced would be totally out of our price range, but which I was happily informed was within our budget! It is beautiful, delicate and hand carved to perfection. We were so impressed that we came back to buy my partner's wedding ring after he'd shopped around to see if there were any other alternatives, but ultimately found that nothing compared quality and service-wise to Mitchel's.

We've dealt mainly with Charlotte, who is wonderfully friendly and extremely helpful, willing to take the time to talk us through all the different options - which was greatly appreciated, as we are jewellery novices! I was also extremely happy to discover that all the diamonds they sell are Kimberly Process Certified, and thus certified as being conflict-free, which was a very good thing to know, and made me feel much better about the bling in my ring.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mitchel and Co to anyone, and we'll certainly be coming back in the future! Thank you for all your help.

We had spent a few hours being totally shoved from pillar to post in the jewellery quarter, we decided to try one last shop, Mitchell and Co. This was the first shop we had not had to be buzzed into, and we were spoken to and our ideas listened to, spoke with a young gent who couldn't help us, and he fetched Helen, who helped us to design and create our wedding rings. A few mishaps along the way, these were dealt with with ease and simple phone calls even when we changed a few bits. Our rings are stunning, with all the little stories to go with them. Since purchasing our rings I have returned to purchase earrings for my wife, these again designed and costed to meet my budget.

An amazing place to buy jewellery and the only place I could ever recommend to anyone.
