UPDATE! I HAVENT GOT MY REFUND THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
I dont have much to say about the company, I was taken to their website via a different link thinking I was buying something but ended up purchasing a sort of membership, when asked for my money back they gave it me.

Disgraceful customer service

Hi my original review was forced upon me by Jeremy from the escalation team. He literally told me unless I gave a 4 or 5 star review I would not receive my refund which was being withheld. I was conned into signing up and paying for an item that did not exist. Shocking company, shocking behaviour.

My daughter unwittingly signed up for something using my details. I contacted Eugene at 11.30pm in a panic, very helpful and confirmed and reassured me of cancellation of the account. Many thanks for your help, all sorted within 9 minutes. Phew!! I can go to bed, thank you for your help

Having seen that if you complete a…

Having seen that if you complete a survey you can purchase a Dunhelm garden seat for £3, I decided it looked like a genuine end of stock clearance sale. I completed survey, gave my bank details to pay and was surprised that it was £6.04, double what was stated, but thought still a good price. When I checked my bank account a further £52.91 had been taken for a membership that I did not sign up for.
I replied to email confirming purchases to ask for a full refund as I felt conned. Initially only half was being refunded so I emailed again. Eugene then replied and said a full refund would be given once I completed this feedback. So I am trusting that is what will happen now. So Eugene provided me with good customer service.

Was one website thinking I was buying a…

Was one website thinking I was buying a track saw(there was no mention of anything but the tracksaw), when I went to the payment page I ended up signing up for a membership with mogulgarden which is not what I wanted and charged for said membership, I got in touch with mogulgarden on the chat support and got the the membership cancelled and a refund, can’t fault them on that. Now it’s time to try and buy what I was actually after..

A fraudulent charge was made to my card but the team took care of the matter right away as soon as I recognised the charge. Hopefully I will receive a refund as soon as possible. Will keep updating my experience.
