SCAM and FRAUD! Don't takedown/update your Mogulgarden negative review if they send an email. This is a stalling tactic. My credit card was charged multiple times for 'membership' at Mogulgardens. NUMEROUS OTHER CUSTOMERS AND REVIEWS ALSO MENTION THAT THIS IS A DODGY SCAM. I will add you to the open investigation with TrustPilot. Please provide communication/emails that they send you stating: "...to finalize everything on our side, we kindly ask customers to update or remove their review. This step helps us document the case as completed within our system....cannot process payments while an external dispute is active".

If any of the above is similar contact me. My credit card was charged multiple times for 'membership' at Mogulgardens. NUMEROUS OTHER CUSTOMERS AND REVIEWS ALSO MENTION THAT THIS IS A DODGY SCAM. Contacted my bank, there is a full investigation. Specifically focusing on Brandly Strategy S.L (Address: Avda De Velazquez 84 - 8 D, 29004 Malaga, ES).

Please cancel this 'membership' and refund my money that you stole!

Update: The Quality Assurance Manager has responded to my numerous emails stating that my refund has been finalised. The asked me to note this in my review. Let’s see if the €118 will be returned…

Advertised a vanity dresser to then purchase it and be told that i had bought a gift card in euros very miss leading. Went on chat to get a refund to be told that I cannot have 1 then received an email saying that I will be refunded

All the serious companies who want to have internet customers should be like this one. Although there was a mistake in my order, they immediately came in communication with me, proposed me other solution, canceled the wrong order and refund me the whole amount as fast as possible. Really great work and thank you 🙏

The company is reliable and trustworthy. They did not dispute my cancelation and promised to reimburse me a fee I had already paid.

In ordering a product online,
I was automatically jumped to mogulgarden.com
I continued not realizing that I was on the wrong company!
I tried to cancel but it was too late.
I then wrote to Mogulgarden & informed them of my situation… They kindly assisted me.
