I bought supposedly a HD-DVD via Amazon, from these plonkers, last month and they sent me a DVD. I complained and eventually got a refund and did not need to return it. I ordered another HD-DVD and asked them to check it this time, and they sent me a DVD AGAIN, morons.

I wish I could give this less than 1 review. I purchased a rare book from them in good faith and never received it or a refund. I made countless calls to their customer service and sent dozens of emails. Thankfully the matter has been handed over to German Police for investigation. So I may see some of my money refunded.

Bad experience. Very expensive delivery costs, very long delivery times, books arrived in a condition which was less good than advertised, dirty, damaged. I retracted and I had to return the books at my expense! and I was never reimbursed!! I do not recommend! To Avoid! They are dishonest.

I sent them books in good faith that I would receive payment for them. Nearly 6 months and 20 emails later I have got nowhere, and they have just told me if I want the problem sorting I will need to send them €25!!!
Absolutely disgusting ripping people off and literally stealing money from people. I will be reporting them.

Quite easy app and very good prices, but when you send your items off you know why they offer higher prices, the two highest ones were”rejected “ now I had checked everything I’d sent and there were no issues, I’ve used other sites and never had any item rejected. Then if you want your rejected items returned they’ll charge £14. They also take a long time to process your order.Scandalous outfit, do not use.

First class service..not sure who the other ppl are using or through,,maybe it's Amazon that's the problem not Momox ..never had a problem for me and would highly recommend.
There products are as stated . delivery on time considering the probs with covid right now , communication good, usually when there is a problem it's down to the customer although they won't admit it.
Reading the reviews on here it's ppl who have used them through Amazon so I think that speaks for itself "well done Amazon,as usual your reviews and service are like your company ,crap" .And by the sound of it ppl who sell books who think they are in immaculate condition but when received on the other end are not actually immaculate,

Bought from momox via amazon a set of six folio society books, they refused to send tracking and delivery was never attempted they then emailed me to say they'd received them back and they'd been relisted for a 40% price increase I stupidly rebouhht them and they then sent me one tattered paperback in French they refuse to refund me despite the lockdown unless I pay to return the item that isn't even worth the postage absolute scam

I used Momox to sell some unwanted books. I found their app to very easy to use and was impressed that they used a courier service that would pick up the items from my door. Money was sent through to me the following day.

Overall I would recommend this company if you are looking to declutter your house!

OK i purchased Iron Man 3 3D and a viola book via Amazon. This was beginning of August 2020. I chased a couple of times and each time i was told it was on its way. Today i get an email saying my order had been cancelled because it was lost in the post. I look at Amazon to see who else is selling these items and both are on there still except that they are double the price i paid to them now refunded. I suspect Brexit is part of the issue. I had used Momex previously and their goods arrived promptly during Covid lockdown. Now youd think that during lockdown that theyd have a problem. Strangely though they asked if i wanted to cancel then but had no record at their end. What is going on at a European company. Regardless of Brexit you have to trade with the outside world and with WTO which i think this company is flouting. As to lost in the post i believe from the others who had the same issue they waited to see what would happen if Brexit talks broke down. I am writing today to ask that Momex be struck off of their trading platform. I also checked my eBay account and smelt a big big big rat. I was offered a reduced price on the same viola book which was £5+ on that platform. Initially i purchased the same book for £1.75. These people need to be stopped.

I would give no stars if I could. My product still has not arrived after 3 weeks and I have had no reassurances that it will arrive at all. Avoid using momox and save yourself a hassle!

Terrible seller. Bought a book via Amazon that was obviously never sent, seller held my money for well over a month whilst telling me that they do not send a £45 book via tracked International post service, refusing to provide proof of postage advising that it can take up to 20 days and only replying with pre written messages. Finally got an email telling me it could not be delivered and the seller has now relisted the item for over 3 times what I paid for it. Disgusting business practice

I ordered a Lonely Planet guidebook for Tanzania. I received: a Lonely Planet guidebook for Indonesia. Contacted customer service, all they say is "we don't send any additional items as we are a used-items platform. You can return your purchased items here though (...)"

f*** this, I'm less than 2 weeks away from my internship in Tanzania, you don't send me what I bought – instead something that is useless for me – and now all I can do is take the time and effort to re-package it and go to the post office? And order my Tanzania book elsewhere?

Total rip off. Sent them 18 Euros worth of books got paid only 5. They offered to send a couple of those books back for 4 euros (way more than what they had offered for the books).

Terrable customer service skills. And very long waiting time for items to be dispatched. I ordered s Blu-ray on 19th of June from Amazon momox was the seller. And still not arrived. Amazon emailed me saying due to them not sending item out in time they won't take payment but momox took it anyway. Emailed them 4 times requesting a refund and all they ever reply is there sorry there was a it problem when I ordered please allow more time. #AVOIDLIKETHEPLAUGE

I sent them 3 pair of shoes. They accept only one of them. And I asked them to send everything back. But they don't want to send. Now I have to pay 4 euro to get 2 pair of shoes back. And they paid for the one pair of shoes only 4,25. That means I have no profit. I could just give it as a gift to someone lives in the street. I feel not good at all.

I sold for 25euros worth of books (as they said), now I understand that the amount predicted and the amount paid is not the same. But coming from 25euros to 90 cents is a huge surprise. am very disappointed as I spent a lot of time sorting out and sending the books. Now if I want them back I have to pay 5 euros, so the whole operation which was supposed to make me richer will cost me 4.10 euros if I want my books back. Momox are crooks, and I would tell you never to use it, as it is very useful for them, but a rip off for you.
