Smooth transaction, once Momox checked my parcel, money was paid within few days. Good customer Service too.

I’ve got mine all packaged up but I’m not gonna send them after reading these reviews...load of crap thought it was too good to be true!

I boxed up and sent 15 books off to this company. I physically handed the box to a Hermes delivery driver and have a proof of postage but he failed to sign the piece of paper and put no details on it. Useless!! Now this company is claiming they haven’t received the books and won’t pay me the £30 they owe me! Goodness knows where these books are now!

I have ordered a height-adjustable coffee table from Mömax for the very first time online. Everything went very well, from order status up until delivery. Their customer service was also very fast and reliable, I wrote an email to them and got an answer quickly (within a day maximum). They contacted me to schedule for an appointment prior to delivering the item. I have then received the item on the agreed date & time. The item was packed very well, with generous padding for protection. Assembly steps were provided, and it was clear and simple to construct. The end-product is high quality and exactly as described on their website. I am very pleased and would buy again from them :)

Sold my books to them in may happy with the amount offered however 3 months later and still no cash and now ignoring my emails total RIP off merchants wish I used music magpie

I have never had such unashamed and vile extortion from any seller or buyer than these horrendous people.
They stole £19 of books from me and gave me 26p for the privileged.
They did not answer any of my emails or texts and gave me no choice whatsoever in the dealing with the sale of my books .
Do Not on any circumstances have anything to do with this company ... you will be very sorry indeed if you do . If there was a less than one star I would have chosen that . and outrageous extortion

Should have read the reviews, sent my books and cds in and had them rejected, claiming they were heavily damaged when I know for a fact they were not. To make matters worse they wanted to charge me £12 to return them. Like others have said this smells like a scam!

Sorry can't like this one ! ! Typical Internet Scam. I sent in books and games and DVDs. The total stated at the time of delivery was 50 Euros less than what the Momox App had offered. I can understand that not ALL the items were in tip top shape, but the prices stated easily covered this difference, when a 40 Euro book was priced at 1,49 € and some of the items were brand new and some originally sealed. Nah can't recommend this one and had more stuff to send but I see now it's NOT worth the effort. Be very careful with THIS One ! !

Disgusting, terrible service, liars and I could go on with this but I’ll explain. Downloaded app, scanned a few cds and thought wow that’s much better than music magpie. Got a final tally, boxed my stuff up and the courier came as it said it would. That’s where the good stuff ended. Since then I have battles with this company to get them to pay me. They signed for the parcels but are now saying they haven’t. The don’t answer your emails. When they do they repeat the same thing. They are liars and if they don’t pay me for my items then they are theives. Disgusted to say they least. Use music magpie they may pay less but they are honest and reliable.

Despicable. Cancelled an order made on Amazon UK within 30mins of realising I had done so. I then received an email stating that they would charge me and post the book to me regardless of my cancellation. If I wanted to recoup all costs or get a refund I would have to post the book back to them; in Germany! The total cost would have left me out of pocket. Their emails reveal they don't care. Do NOT purchase from these hucksters.

I bought a book and was supposed to receive it the 13th of february 2018 (the latest!!!) Wrote the customer service which told the me 'kindly' allow 15 days more... It's basically the worst experience I've ever had shopping online.

I had such a bad experience. I sent in 5 packages of which they received 4. They actually thought that someone else's package was mine. When I told them that they weren't the books that I sent in, they blamed me for not sending in the correct books. I wouldn't mind so much but their customer services were so rude and accusatory that next time I will give to charity rather than get paid the paltry amount that they offered.

I came across the negative reviews of Momox after sending off my items, and as a result, I was very nervous about the service that I'd receive. Fortunately, I didn't have any problem selling my goods to this company.

I was given a very good price for my items; delivery was straight forward; and I received payment for all of my items in good time. A faultless service.

I was a bit concerned when I read some of the feedback but decided I would send some CDs because other sites were offering such low prices. Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
The whole process was easy and I have received precisely the amount I expected. Excellent communication from Momox though Hermes tracking is patchy.
I am delighted and would certainly use Momox again. Thank you

Starting to sell to them used books, tapes and cd´s a few months ago.
I got rejects for books costing them 15 cent or about, return to me would cost me €4. You can only decide to let them have them.
When a considerable more costly book was rejected, I asked for a return and got my book wilfully mutilated and labelled with a sticker, who will remove the colour of the front page when removed. Having heard nothing for my complain.
Just received another reject for a book with accompanying CD´s as complete defective.
Left me in good order in accordance with normal wear for used items. (CD´s never used)
I looked deeper and found for some rejects pictures I had made to sell via e-bay. These show no defects.
You give an ISBN Number in their computer and based on this they make their offer.
Later they claim is an old city map or book.
As this appears later, I believe this to be a way to get the books or maps free of charge.
On this complain, I had sent to them, no answer received.
Frequently I receive the information, that the books where not received. They use hand scanner and should know, that the ISBN Number and the bar-code are not identical in all cases.
They request legal statements that I put the books into the box.
They do, whatever it cost, to frustrate their vendor.
Friends have already given up, selling to them.

I wish I had read the reviews before shipping off my CDs on the 6th July 2017! I have heard nothing from them and they appear as "can't be bothered" to investigate as to where my parcel is. I believe that Momox.uk was actually in the UK, but alas the parcel started to make its way to Germany.

My advice to anyone wishing to sell their CDs, books, etc. please ensure it is done through an English company. You may well believe the price to be lower, but on the other hand, you are a rare person if you actually receive the sum agreed, if anything from Momox
