I had unauthorsied transactions of over 8000 Euro from my account. Someone took all of my details and according to Money Jar, added my own card into their own Google Wallet. But Money Jar is obligated to refund the unauthorsied purchases according to their own terms and conditions, which they are not willing to do by any means. I have reported this to the Garda and they are investigating it. I am well aware that this issue will only be settled in court. Avoid this ''bank'' at all cost. It is also strange how someone got all of my details and successfully added my own card and went shopping with my money, while Money Jar is blaming me for negligence.

Do not bank with Money Jar
Transactions do not go through, currently have a 2 week delayed transaction to pay rent and Money Jar will not cancel the transaction and let me access my money… No alternate options offered. Worst experiences ever. They are not trustworthy. They have refused a transaction from my employer and returned and the money but now it's been more than a month my employer haven't received any. Since a month they are giving everyday a new excuses. Better avoid this

the company where I work transferred my salary last week, as usual and six days have passed and the money has not appeared in my account, it has not returned to the company and the bank says it will investigate but does not give a response. I need to pay my bills, my rent, buy food and I simply can't afford it because this damn bank disappeared with my money. I want answers urgently.
Lodged a formal complaint
Wow, I thought I was the only not able to get back my salary transaction for almost a month now.
I guess this is impacting more people. I have lodged a formal complaint to financial services ombudsman and advise everyone to do the same. Hopefully they release our payments soon. Shame as I used to love the app.
Bank Fraud
The most untrustful bank I ever had before!!!!!
They steal two salaries that are missing from my account. After TWELVE DAYS, A LOT OF MESSAGES AND 25 E-MAILS, they just have given me different excuses, none proofs they are trying to help me, none deadline and none solution at this moment. This situation crossed all the limits and I am having severe financial issues because of this dishonest institution.
I already talked to Money Jar and also EML Payments and either they are incompetent and provide awful customer service.
I feel complete exhausted and scammed from Money Jar.
Probably in the Court they can't tell more lies or harm me and other customers.
You send money and it'll never arrive
Don't trust this bank to take care of your money . My wife made a transfer to me from another money jar account, a large amount that I needed urgently, more than 40 days and the money still hasn't arrived, despite the numerous complaints I've made, money jar is not a reliable bank!!! I'm making a loss because I haven't received the money.

the worst bank there is! Never open an account with it. I made a transfer 10 days ago and it still hasn't entered the recipient's account. There were several other unjustifiable delays. Always the same person who responds and gives the same excuse that the system is experiencing instability. I had a lot of problems and continue to have them. I just didn't close the account because I'm waiting for this situation to be resolved.

This is my third incident now with…
This is my third incident now with moneyjar within a month. There has been a ‘bug’ on their system and I haven’t been paid on time and have to wait till the next week to receive my salary. I have to pay my finances weekly and have had to sort other resources to pay this. I cannot get through on the phone and only speak to bots online. I’m escalating this to financial services as it seems moneyjar are stopping payments coming through and you are expected to wait to be paid.

Charging inexistent transactions
They do sub charges for transactions that no longer exist. An example, I have cancelled my Netflix subscription and yet they charge me for “Netflix transaction” even two months later. The amount is silly of 0.03€, but it is still a scam.
Many other occasions money doesn’t add up and it still comes to the charges of what they decided that can be repeated if though the transaction did happen. They also do not include those charges in your regular statement along with their monthly fee but in a separate folder, where it doesn’t show in your transaction nor monthly statement.
