Bad mobile app
The app is not working, all the time had to call the client support and they have didn't solved the problem. I tried to make a transfer on the Web site a few times, it worked but had a headache until it gone through. I would not recommend this app anymore.

BEWARE OF RUSSIAN PENFRIEND I had a long term email friendship with a Russian lady . She told me she had 4 weeks annual leave and would like to visit me in the UK. I agreed with the idea but then when she told me she was short of cash for her air fare and other costs I agreed to send her cash to collect at a bank in Moscow. I arranged this through MoneyTo who were most helpful throughout. I began to have suspicions when the lady was not answering my emails and the mobile number she gave me appeared to be inactive. I asked MoneyTo to cancel the transaction which they did immediately and arranged for the money to be returned to my account. MoneyTo were splendid throughout and thanks to them apart from my pride I have suffered not one little bit. It could have been so much worse.

Trouble with the internet connection early this morning but that was remedied swiftly and help was at hand on the end of the phone. Excellent service and charming and speedy connection then made.

Very good service and low fees, but this time the experience was subpar
I have always been quite happy with the transfers I have done through you. Unfortunately on this occasion the service was below what I have been used to.
I made a repeat transfer and the money wasn't delivered because the repeat form didn't copy the information of the kind of account it was going to. I didn't get an email to inform me that there was anything missing and only found out nearly two weeks after I had sent the money.
I will be entering the information manually next time as that seems to always work fine. The staff that handled the issue were superb and that is something you have going. I will use your service again and this is just a reflection of this particular transfer. First time I have had an issue.
