After some communication errors online, Alan the owner made sure to correct the mistake as soon as possible, he emailed me personally and sent my package on the quickest shipping to the United States. Bought some very nice gloves…
Bought some very nice Ziener Gloves which were marked as Ex-Demonstrators. They arrived very promptly and were in perfect condition. I got a free gift of some balm to treat the leather in my gloves too. Excellent customer service and a very happy customer.

I did not get the item I ordered
I did not get the item I ordered. The invoice was correct but the item was a cheaper version of what I ordered. With the postage I would have to pay it would cost me same as a refund so no point returning the item
