Brilliant customer service and a great shop.
After a mistake on my part of ordering for collection rather than delivery, the team responded to my email within 24 hours and were very helpful. I opted to pick up the order in person anyway as they convinced me to come and see the rest of their sale items, and I was not disappointed. Picked up some absolute bargains, and although they didn't have them at the time, the team there helped me shop for other items I needed for a skiing holiday. As I was paying up they said I could contact the owner of the shop closer to the ski season and potentially the owner would help me with the rest of the needed items. Brilliant customer service and a great shop. 👌🏻
