Fantastic experience from start to finish. Only time will tell if my furniture is good as promised.

We entered Montel Cruquius just to look around after visiting all the other shops. We were actually looking for a bookshelf. (and yes we had somewhere on the list a couch too)
We were welcomed by Alicja which understood we are a bit tired so she gave us a quick explanation of the offers and about the multiple possibilities. We went ahead wandering around the shop later she rejoined us and we started a very relaxed chat about some of the configurations and materials etc.
Well she charmed us into buying what we think is a very chic sofa.
Hopefully the wait till delivery will feel shorter that the expected 6-7 weeks.

Our experience was really good, from when we first contacted them telephonically till the day we received our couch. We love our new couch!

Very happy about my experience at Montèl (Son & Breugel). Not only does Montèl have beautiful designs of sofas and couches, but I was particularly satisfied with the customer service of Luuc, who has proven to be very knowledgeable, customer-focused and patient with me while I was choosing the articles that I had been waiting to choose for almost two years.

I entered the showroom with little expectations to finally decide on a new couch, because I find this type of purchase to be very overwhelming: so many possibilities of colours, fabrics, comforts, etc. However, Luuc has made this process very easy for me, listening to what I was looking for although it was not all settled in my head. I particularly appreciated that he guided my thought process. He also did not judge my requirement to go for something on the lower side of the price range. He was very open, honest and helpful. I could sense that he would do his best to help me find something that I would truly like within the budget I had, whilst giving me all the space I needed.

I finally bought the day after the couches I’ve been wanting for a long time. And when I doubted overnight about the legs I chose and called him afterwards to change my mind, he received my request openly and took all the right steps to change the order for me (which I did not change in the end...).

As said to him in person, I found the experience very enjoyable, and I’m glad with my choices. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is interested to buy furnitures from Montèl Son en Breugel. Let’s now wait for the delivery.

To find corner sofas with the Cruquius area stores, and we found out the Monte shop have adequate time to explain and approachable. Ms. Alicja tries her best to speak English, and she advises based on practicality based on our wish & budget, so we convinced to buy our Sofas and even the dining chairs.

Absolutely disgusting company! Not even a year ago I purchased quite an expensive sofa from this company, I was promised service if items broke, we took out the 7 year guarantee! I noticed last week that one of the feet had a crack through the middle of it. This was on the foot stool, something that hardly gets used. I sent a picture and requested for someone to call me (sent on the 20/05/19). No one called or emailed me back. I then had to call them and ask them why nothing had been done, their claim was that nothing had been sent! Now I get a call from customer service (if they can call themselves that) and they want me to PAY for a new paw!!!! I paid almost 5000 euros for this sofa and then no service whatsoever!! the claim from the employee was "well we do not know what you do with your chairs now do we"...excuse me?? what??? for a sofa of almost 5000 you refuse to replace a paw?? sick, absolutely sick!! I will NEVER buy from them again!! NEVER!! if it was possible to give this company a 0 I would!! Avoid buying at all costs if you do not want to be stuck with service costs or replacing items. I will certainly be reporting this company further!

Experienced great service from Robert Mosseveld in selecting our Model Urban leder Toledo launch sofa. We had a lot of different criteria and question for which he took all the time in the world. No rush, no sales, just professional advise and commitment. 5 star for sure.

We are very happy with our Montel Sofa, the company crew at Barendrecht were also very helpful and friendly and the delivery service was also good, giving instructions and information about the sofa. The only thing is I have asked for a brochure before we bought the Sofa but I haven't received at all yet. Overall, we are very happy with Montel services and products.
