Hello everyone. We’ve just completed our remortgage and successfully paid off our Help to Buy loan, and we couldn’t have done it without Tony Ambridge. He guided us through every step, handled all the paperwork, and made sure we always knew what was needed and when. What could have been a stressful and confusing process felt straightforward thanks to his support. For the fee he charges, the service is absolutely worth it. If you’re thinking about repaying your HTB loan, I would definitely recommend Tony.

Tony helped us secure a remortgage with additional borrowing to pay off our help to buy loan and consolidate debts. It was a very quick and painless process. He was very transparent about the situation and supported us through the HTB process. We pushed to try and consolidate debt which he also managed. Great help in the process and we did all that and he secured us a much better rate then we had before. Would definitely recommend him!
