I was looking to complete a remortgage and wanted someone who could compare all providers and get me the best deal. I spoke with Gareth John who explained everything, talked me through everything and put me at ease. From the initial application call and documents being sent, Gareth had found me a great deal, submitted the application and had an offer issued within a couple of days. The whole process with him was seamless and the remortgage completed within 4 weeks. I would highly recommend.

David Scourfield has been a fantastic and attentive mortgage advisor my myself and my wife. He is always so quick to get back and always available for any queries you may have. He is always willing to expand on anything that requires explaining in greater detail and provided us with very good information to make our move as stress free as possible!

David Scourfield been absolutely brilliant from the start of our mortgage journey, throughout and helped after he had obtained a mortgage for us! He is understanding, helpful and thoughtful. He’s responded to emails and phone calls so quickly and efficiently and has remained extremely professional whilst having the personal touch we require.

The service provided by David Schofield was professional, I was kept up to date at each stage and he was always available to answer my queries. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

So, we were struggling with monthly outgoings as they ended up more than income, all loans and credit cards were used for home repairs. We approached our current mortgage lender, who wouldn’t give us a penny because of the debts, even though the money was to pay them all off and give us life back. We thought we were stuck and we would just have to live like this. We we wrong, we were recommend to speak to Gareth, we had little hope after looking at mortgages online etc. We had 60% equity in our house, that didn’t seem to matter though. So we spoke to Gareth and he was so upbeat and positive after going though everything, we thought, ah well at least we have tried again. Much to our amazement, three days after we applied with him, we had a new mortgage offer! We clearly weren’t quite sure if it was true but we have confirmed it is. Gareth is not just an amazing person to deal with, he got us a deal that has given us life back. We will be forever grateful and would recommend anyone to go to him. My partner's employment situation as a temporary and substitute teacher was non-typical which created difficulty in obtaining a suitable mortgage offer. Gareth was contactable, friendly, and always willing to explain things to ensure that we understood the process. We had two houses fall through prior to completion for unrelated reasons.
