Mortgage Chain delivered an extremely high-quality service to me throughout the whole process. Alex really went the extra mile a number of times. Aside from simply securing me a mortgage offer, he reviewed my Rightmove listing shortlist for potential issues, helped me interpret survey results, and made himself available to the estate agents and the conveyancer. You will easily find cheaper, but the service offered by Mortgage Chain is worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great service! Alex has been the most supportive and good friend mortgage broker from beginning to end . Though out the process he and his team has done very hardworking job . You can find so many mortgages brokers inside the London but he do have good relations and close access with lender if you do have any problem while getting the mortgage offered he will sort out as soon possible . My husband and I just purchased our first flat in London, and it was all possible thanks to Alex and the team. Unfortunately we had adverse credit, Mortgage Chain paired us with a lender who took a more open view to this so chances of a decline at offer stage was minimal. This is a hard review to write. My partner and I used Mortgage Chain back in March of this year when looking to get a mortgage offer on a new build home as first time buyers. At the beginning of the process all seemed to be positive and the broker felt that we would be able to secure a mortgage offer, however as time went on there was less optimism and an error made by the broker who had not reviewed properly our income from our salaries in particular around my car lease that I had through my employment. Towards the end there was nothing more that could be done for us and there was no way forward. This left our dreams in tatters and the house we wanted to reserve was then lost. We had to then find another broker and company who were brilliant and secured us a mortgage offer and we have just completed on a new build property this week.

I do try to not be pessimistic but we did not have a great experience with the Mortgage Chain and I think there is some work that needs to be done at the firm.

Mortgage chain provided us a swift response to my initial enquiry and quickly arranged a telephone appointment. My broker Alex Kerr and admin team Kirsty Butler was professional and knowledgeable and found a product which suited our needs perfectly. We were recommended a Mortgage chain affiliated solicitor and our application is now underway with plenty of communication along the way. So far so good and would highly recommend Mortgage chain. Firstly, Huge thank you to Andrew, Alex & Kirsty! They have all been so helpful from the start of our mortgage process and have done an amazing job securing our first mortgage. As first-time buyers we had no clue on what we needed to do or what we were able to look for on the property market. Andrew broke every step down for us and followed the process so professionally, which made this so much easier for us.
