Thank you Alex for helping me buy my first home! From start to finish Alex kept me informed and was able to tailor the mortgage to suit all of my needs. I have not experienced a smooth process like this in my life. Will be using again!

Alex is very conscientious and has a personal touch in the service he delivers. I am a first time buyer who needed extra support and advice during the house buying process: every time Alex faithfully delivered and was very helpful in explaining everything. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the mortgage process itself was a nightmare and was very close to falling through. This is due to my self-employed status that makes it harder to get a mortgage. In the end, Alex pulled off the mortgage for me so all was well. Thank you Alex for not giving up on my mortgage!

I first reached out to Alex at the end of 2020 after searching online for mortgage broker as a first-time buyer. After coming across his YouTube videos, they were very informative and I contacted him for a consultation straight after.

Prior to knowing Del, I was introduced to other Mortgage Brokers including one based in Bolton who I paid £350 upfront yet I never heard from him and had to chase for weeks before getting an AIP which still did not meet my mortgage requirement.
The difference between Del and others is that he brought a very flexible and personal approach which met my needs as a busy person constantly on the road. Del understands the market and always took his time to explain things to him. He also kept me informed on possible outcomes which I found to be very honest and professional. I can still remember Del's words that he will not be paid a penny for his services until my mortgage is successful. This was a huge motivation for me as I also felt Del deserved payment for his good services.

I was introduced to Mortgage Chain late last year and was dealing with Del's predecessor but as soon as Del came on board, I could see the difference right from start. My mortgage was completed on 6th June 2019 as rightly predicted by Del and it all went beyond my expectation. He also helped me with a Solicitor who delivered promptly and gave me good legal advise. To be very honest, if not for Del I would have delayed my house purchase for at least another year especially with the Brexit fear. Thank you very much Del and keep up the good work!

Having worked in the finance industry myself and then finding myself having to be reliant on another person to organise the necessary expat mortgages, was at first a daunting experience, given that I have extremely high expectations. However, Alex Kerr helped alleviate any concerns by always fulfilling what he had promised to do and in the necessary timescales. Consistent and constant communication with not only myself, but also with 3rd party professionals, made the whole purchasing process a much more 'pleasant' experience, especially as we had 2 purchases simultaneous to each other at the same time. This is no easy task and any hurdle that needed to be overcome, Alex took it in his stride to resolve without the need for me to chase him. This is what one expects from a mortgage broker since getting the keys to the property hangs in the balance as a result of what happens after the offer is accepted, and Alex has delivered on all counts, time and time again. I am so pleased that I used Alex and I will have no hesitation in using Alex again and recommending him to all our friends and colleagues.
