My partner and I were looking to purchase our 1st home , but didn't know where to start. We got in touch with Kris Gaw at Mortgage IQ in Holywood, Northern Ireland and looking back now it was the best decision we have made.

From the get-go Kris ensured that we understood each stage of the mortgage process, his knowledge and professionalism on the subject matter was second to none, plus he packaged the whole service to us in a way that was easy to comprehend, so we could make the best decisions at each stage of the process.

I genuinely have never received the level of customer service and care from any other business than I have with Mortgage IQ. From the very start when we just decided we wanted to move out Luke and his team were there helping us figure out afordibility etc then when we had our money saved and started looking at properties they were there instantly to give their expert advice. Any slight thing that went wrong Luke was working endlessly to fix it and come up with a solution for us. Any time I had a query Luke has available and happy to help with anything even after our mortgage was sorted with them they were still happy to help with any queries regarding the home. Buying a home can be an extremely stressful process but Mortgage IQ help take alot of that stress away. They are worth every penny plus more. If you want someone who is going to be there for you every step of the way with a friendly and positive approach then definitely go to Luke, his experience and expertise are flawless.

Victoria and Mark have been absolutely astounding. After speaking to several other advisors amd being knocked back due to bad credit, they were the only ones that like really took time to look into what the issues were and when they would be corrected. Being the anxiety riddled mess I have been the last few months throughout the whole process they have kept me in the loop and update throughout and were always at the other end of the phone to ease my worries. I honestly can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me, there my hero's! :)

I used both Kris and Victoria to get my mortgage and can genuinely say it was an absolute pleasure. As a first time buyer, I was extremely nervous and in the dark with how mortgages/ insurance policies worked, however going with these two made it very easy! Cannot speak highly enough of Mark and Victoria. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous about getting my mortgage approved. Mark has patience beyond words and when it came to applying and getting my mortgage approved, the process was quicker than I could have imagined and completely painless. Victoria was really helpful in submitting my documents and answering all my questions, all while keeping me up to date on the application process. Highly recommend!

Mortgage IQ helped us get a mortgage when other mortgage advisors couldn't. They gave us options too. Our advisor Neil was very helpful and kept in constant contact with us throughout the process and with advice after the mortgage was sorted. Would highly recommend.

We went to mortgage IQ knowing very little about the company. We went to speak with Talsa before going with them and after meeting her we knew we found a mortgage advisor right for us! Talsa has been nothing but a pleasure and very very helpful. This is mine and my partners first house and we didn't have very much knowledge on buying a house or the process but Talsa has made it very easy to understand each step and I feel comfortable anytime I have a query or concern that I can go to her for help, knowledge or advise. Pearse has also been amazing very helpful and it shows that he works hard to get everything done quickly which is more than we could ask! Overall both Talda and Pearse have been brilliant I would definitely recommend Mortgage IQ to anyone.
