As total newbies to house buying Kris kept us up to date and fully informed about the process, as well as breaking everything down into laymans’s terms. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have dealt with me and all of my meltdowns. Luke is very down to earth and creates a genuine friendship with his clients and knows how to tailor the service they need around them. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and I honestly believe that I wouldn’t have bought my first house without his help! With someone who is self employed and hasn’t a clue about finances, mortgages, banks etc. Luke did everything for me and kept in touch daily. A day didn’t go by where if I needed to speak with him he didn’t get back to me instantly or within an hour. I was updated on everything, constantly and he was always reassuring me that all will be fine and he was right. He was able to help me buy a home which I never thought I would be able to do, being self employed.
