Fantastic experience as a first time buyer. Luke was on the ball from start to finish constant updates so we always knew what was going on at every stage. Great initial appointment to go through all off what is involved in purchasing a house. Nothing was too much trouble and it was very easy to get in contact. I’m glad that I chose mortgageIQ over all the other available brokers. I had a very little understanding about the process of applying for the mortgage. Because of our age (both of us are over 50 years of age) things were not very straight forward, but our adviser, Adam Tweed, was just excellent… he was very helpful in cutting through all the formalities. My experience with mortgage IQ has been great. So much so I have told my sister and brother in law to make sure they contact Adam when they are due to review their mortgage. I was guided by Adam Tweed and Dawn McMahon. Both of whom, I felt really dealt with me on a personal level. I felt very informed throughout and have been kept informed as we moved through the remortgage.
