Mortgages First had the best communication and completed every step on a timely manner. We didn't need to chase them for information. As soon as they got information from Developer or Leander they would feed that back and explain what it all meant. Since this is our first time buying it made a different to have everything explained to a point of understanding.

We hit a blockage at some point and had to change lender, this was done quickly and promptly we manage to hit the deadline which was a relief.
