Really disappointed with the service we received. Had numerous things happen during our time that we wasn’t happy with. Eventually after we had a meeting we thought we was getting somewhere only to have very little more contact with them. Definitely would not recommend

I have been super impressed with Mortimer’s Accrington. From the very first meeting for the valuation until the handover of the keys everything has been outstanding. Every member of staff I have dealt with have been responsive, kind and efficient to help and guide you through the process of buying and selling a house. I would like to especially say a massive thank you to Chloe who has supported us through the whole process. We had a few bumps along the way which were not related to Mortimer’s and Chloe went above and beyond to help resolve the issue with our house sale. We will never be able to thank her enough for everything she did. I would highly recommend Mortimers for both buying and selling a house. They are a proactive, efficient, customer focused estate agency who have excellent communication throughout the process.

Cannot praise Accrington Mortimers enough, Matt, Chloe and Jen have been amazing. I was very worried after a really bad experience with Duckworths but these guys proved to me how you run an estate agents! The whole of the team offered great service from valuation to completion. We were given a realistic valuation in a difficult market, the whole of the staff familiarised themselves with what our property had to offer and with their knowledge of buyers we soon had an acceptable offer. Throughout the sale we were given support which made the whole process much less stressful. Delays, Non returned phone calls, all this cost me a lot of money, typical estate agent wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. Pleased not to have to deal with them ever again
