There were a couple of problems with my house purchase and poor Grace was the one that picked up my case. The sales negotiator was on leave and the vendor was frustrated as was I.

Grace took charge and smoothed things over to ensure the sale went ahead when she hadn't been involved in any of the sales process.

Give Grace a little something as she really did help a lot.

Overall our experience was great, where Mortimers took care of the sale of our property, and in particular having a dedicated agent was important to us. Grace was our agent and nothing was too much trouble. She kept in regular contact with us, going above and beyond with the level of service she provided. We valued the flexibility around viewing properties, including Sunday viewings. But most of all we can not overstate how well we were supported by our assigned agent Grace in the purchase of the property we set our hearts on. From the outset Grace went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage and liaising with all the other estate agents and conveyancers involved to ensure that all was progressing as it should be. Nothing has been too much for Grace who has been completely accessible, even when I believe it may have encroached into her personal time. We bought our house through Mortimers and we had problems with the chain above us. I contacted Mortimers to chase the solicitors on these two properties above us as our buyer were getting frustrated and the office staff did everything they could do to push the other parties to complete their contracts to a conclusion and finally a completion date.
They were helpful and courteous throughout my daily calls to them.

I had a couple of contacts before I ended up with Alex McMahon as I was finalising everything. She made sure I was kept informed at all times and definitely went above and beyond at times when I wasn't hearing back from my solicitors. If I was ever to move again (which hopefully I dont) I would request for Alex again.
