We sold our house not without problems that an incompetent buyers surveyor caused that nearly derailed our sale.

Our purchase was being handled by Mortimer’s and we had Alex coordinating our sale. From the beginning, we couldn’t have asked for more. We were able to view the property as soon as it went on the market in order to accommodate our availability. Any questions we had were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Queries between the chain/solicitors etc were chased up immediately to ensure things moved swiftly. I would have no hesitation with using Mortimers in the future and would highly recommend them.

I'd highly recommend Mortimers Accrington and Alex in particular. In what ended up being a tricky chain for our house sale, Alex went above and beyond to make sure all elements in the chain were updated and chased where applicable.
They're are cheaper alternatives out there, however as we saw, you get what you pay for in this instance as the cheaper agents were nowhere to be seen when the going got tough.

Recently bought a home through Mortimers, from start to finish it took three months, from getting a mortgage with their Mortgage advisor, to getting the keys.
