Great products, great service, great prices!

My wife and I purchased are first two sets of curtains in-store at Southampton, we decided to buy another pair to match and to save a trip to Southampton we bought on-line. The on-line transaction was very easy and the curtains arrived within three working days, excellent service and would thoroughly recommend. We know where to buy curtains in future.

Just what I imagined!

I don't usually buy items on line. However as I have just bought some lovely curtains from Mostyns in store, I want to a duvet cover to match. After looking at Mostyns on line, I noticed that they not only did curtains but other items. I decided to purchase a king size duvet cover on line. The ordering process was easy to follow. Even though I did not receive a confirmation email of my order, I did call Mostyns and they were really helpful on the phone. The delivery went according to the text I received. When I opened the duvet cover and put in on my bed, it was just as I had imagined and I am very pleased with my ourchase. Good quality!

Excellent quality and fast service

We ordered the curtains online and it was a very easy process. The quality of the curtains and the shortening of the length was very good. The curtains were a good price.

The only problem that we had was that the curtains were described as white, but when we got them the colour was more of a natural stone colour. Unfortunately this was a disappointment as we wanted crisp white, which it looked like on the website.

Next time I will go into the shop and check the fabric first, but otherwise the service etc was excellent and I would definitely use them again.

Good price, shame it costs so much to deliver!

I was very happy with the price and quality of the curtains I ordered online. However after placing my order and receiving confirmation I was irritated by the extra £5 (on top of the basic delivery cost) required before my order was processed as we are on the Isle of Wight. The order came from Dorset and yet deliveries to Scotland do not incur any additional costs.

Excellent service

Looking for a reasonably priced pair of curtains for spare room - they were delivered within 3 days - text messages sent to let me know the day and then the hour they would be delivered.

Excellent value for money - what more could you want?

GOOD VALUE

Items of cushions ordered on a Wednesday but needed to make a phone call on following Wednesday to enquire when delivery was to be made. They were then sent next day but in view of internet shops now , the delivery was quite slow considering the items were in stock but pleased with them when they did arrive.

Really bad experience. Rude customer services will not buy again

I ordered curtains that were advertised as black and when they came they were brown.I was cross that they were allowed to advertise these as black as obviously I wanted black but the real problem came when I wanted to return them. Customer services were extremely rude to me and very very unhelpful and still insisted they were black..... Even though she admitted she had not seen them herself!!!
It cost me 15.00 of my own money to return them and I was not refunded. I will never ever buy from here again as I would never get this kind of service in the likes of John Lewis.

Not very good

I ordered curtains and a valance from them on the 14th dec 2012. I got them 3 days late, and the vance was the wrong colour and so had to go back.
When I got the second valance it was the wrong size and so had to go back. I also had to pay for that postage, which I think was a bit bad.
All in all very bad customer service

The second valance was sent as per the order and so was not a further error on our part. However, we upgraded the valance to a larger size at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill. We are sorry that you feel that this was still unsatisfactory service.

perfect fit

Good range of competitively priced curtains. Unlike most on-line curtain retailers Mostyns will shorten curtains to customers' requirements at a small extra cost. The shortened curtains I ordered were of good quality and fitted my bay window perfectly.
