these thieves falsely advertising on their website. parts listed dont arrive and they have the nerve to tell me they are not included . tell me to wait 24-72 hours at least 5 times and never reply back to me.

This is the worst company ive had the privilege to buy from . There return policy sucks . Screwed up my order , sent me a helmet with damage and the security device still on the helmet . Had to use BBB to get any action from these people .

I made several calls to request the return label from the company but was consistently put off to wait for label. With a 30 day return policy, I was diligent in calling and it is now past their return time frame and still No response. I sent the lights back anyway, turned them in to the BBB and disputed the over $200 charge. Won't ever use them again.

I wish I would have read reviews before I made any purchase from this company. It is a massive ripoff. They DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM! I placed my order 3 weeks ago, paid extra for next day delivery. Needless to say, they never shipped it. I called the next day and spoke with someone named “Cab”. He said and I quote, “Well, you should get it today or tomorrow. There is really no way for us to tell”. I said, “What about the tracking number you sent me?” Cab said, “Oh, that? Well, you see the tracking number isn’t active yet”.
Now, I’m not sure if Cab thinks I was born yesterday or I just don’t understand tracking and shipping. He assured me I would get my product. Today or tomorrow or the next day. So, I called UPS. It was a bogus tracking number. Not only was it never shipped but, UPS was never even notified that a shipping label had been created for it to be shipped in the near future! Apparently, this is something this company does on a regular basis according to the Better business bureau complaints, one of which I have now filed.
I ordered my motorcycle part from Amazon and got the next day with free shipping with Amazon prime. Do yourself a favor, either go to Amazon or do your research and find a reputable motorcycle parts store. Because Motorcycle ID is not one.

I ordered a product that was shown on website as available to ship to include a shipping date. I ordered and paid for product. I followed up after proposed shipping date passed since I didn't hear from Motorcycleid. I finally received an email with a new future estimated shipping date. I researched this company and found numerous complaints regarding the same issue, i.e., product being shown as available, but shipping dates keep being pushed out, to even include complaints about not getting money back on orders. I emailed company citing these complaints and requesting my order be cancelled since it wasn't shipped and requested my money back. Several days later I got another email saying they were "requesting" cancellation of my order and I'd receive ANOTHER email confirming that, and then it would take several days to process refund and depending on my bank processing, several days to record refund. It's been 5 days since the last email and still no cancellation confirmation of my order and no refund. I'm filing a complaint with the consumer affairs division of the New Mexico Attorney General's office and providing them the email exchanges between me and this company. Worst experience I've ever encountered with internet ordering. So, Buyer Beware!!!

This company is not honest or reliable. They will tell you available to ship in 24 hrs dont belive it if thats why your paying more. I even contacted customer service to make sure it would ship in 24hrs and the assured me it would. After that it was a nightmare. Item wasn't in stock and they kept beating around the bush about shipping. What worse was they told me it would take 2 months because part wasn't even made. And if you go on the motorcycleid and check the same item still says available to ship in 24 hrs.

I would give this company worse than a one star if it was available. Ordered a $500 cylinder kit for a 2019, they shipped me a cylinder for a 16-18. It clearly says it on the box. The company has argued with me that the part should fit but it’s not even close, been on the phone with these people for a month trying to get a refund or the right part, they keep telling me that their internal team is reviewing it and there’s only one manager on duty and it will be 24-48 hrs before he can call you back. I ordered from this company because it was the only company that had the part in stock. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They’re a scam with horrible customer service.

Placed an order, said shipped, no update, shipping cancelled, called and was given the run around, said they would let me know. they didnt, ive called again and again to ask for a refund, they keep saying they will issue it but its gotta go to the back office, after countless calling ive had no luck i am out nearly 200 and they are just awful. I know this might just be another bad review, but trust me if you can, order from anyone else, these guys are thieves

This company is ridiculous. I ordered a part 2 weeks ago and since then have gone to track my package and each time it says no order found. I have spoken to 2 different online agents that both told me I would receive a tracking number by 7/30. Check my email, still nothing. I call today and the THIRD agent I talk to tells me the part is not in stock and that your company doesn't know when it will be back in stock. I am honestly so dissapointed with this companies lack of professionalism and blatent LIES to customers to keep money instead of being upfront and updating the website with a simple "out of stock" message. Why would you take money from someones account if you aren't sure when you'll get the part back? NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Product shows on the website as "in stock" and shipping the next day. After two days, I chat with customer service and they say it has shipped and to wait for a tracking number. A couple of days later (now), no tracking number and my order says it will ship more than a month from now. However, it is still showing as in stock on the website. I believe that this company is just doing drop shipping and actually has no inventory. Can't cancel an order via the website. You must phone them. Avoid at all costs.

Very good service got my package matter of 2 days very pleased

I ordered a part from them and they had false information in their description when I recieved the order I informed them and they acknowledged the mistake was on their end and said they would send a return label in 2 to 3 business days. It has been over ten days now and yesterday they again said they would send a return label in 3 business days. This was a $271.00 part that I'm out and will have to drive an hour and a half to return through their carrier once/if I get the return label. Very disappointing customer service especially since I own many motorcycles and have ordered from them in the past.

This company will rip you off and not care l ordered parts over two months ago they said it was shipped by ups and there is no record of ups ever sending this item with there so called tracking number so buyers beware they will take your money and not send you anything MY TITLE IS THE BIG RIP OFF

The deliveries were fast. Products were great quality even though one doesn't fit but that was my bad.

After waiting on a shipment for over a month and two phone calls I posted my first review of this company and the next day they got back to me with a email stating.
The package was lost. We have started the lost package investigation with the shippingcarrier.Unfortunately, we are unable to send you the free replacement since the product is out of stock. The product I have been waiting for for over a month was $112 Sure nice of this company to offer me a $25 gift certificate on my next purchase. After this experience won't be ordering here again.

the site lacks important details about parts, the online exchange site feature does not work. customer service was not good.

Talked to a customer service representative about a product price/quantity prior to making any purchases. The representative gets back to me and tells me it's priced per set so I make my purchase. Only to later find out it is not priced per set but price per 1... Emailed back and forth for a couple of days showing them where I was told it's priced per set to see if they would hold their company accountable for the mistake on THEIR end and no they will only give you the run around. Now I'm forced to wait 2-3 business days for a return then another 2-3 business days for a refund AFTER the part is received by them... So my build is put on hold because this company does not know the product quantity in which they are selling ... Ridiculous!!!! Never again take my business to Partzilla
