I ordered a gasket from them. Cancelled my order 48 hrs before being shipped out . Then they shipped the order anyways . I had to get a RMA. Then they only refunded 14. 99 of the 38.00 dollars. Ignored my emails for 2 weeks tried calling customer service what a joke also. I ended up calling tucker Rocky because that is this company's disturbutor and made a complaint there. Finally I received an email from motorcycleid that stated I didn't cancel my order I sent over documentation that I did. Then sent me return policy s. Well I know what your return policy is and I cancelled order before shipment with proof and I should receive full refund. Bogus company do not stand behind there policy's at all. Do not order from them. I won't that's for sure.

I ordered a master cylinder for my 07 Electraglide classic, their catalog is wrong, the invoice shows it fits a 1980's bike. Making me jump through hoops to return it. Take my advice, DON'T buy from these people. Customer service is terrible. Never ever have been treated like this from an online supplier. They suck!!
Ordered 4 quarts of motorcycle engine…
Ordered 4 quarts of motorcycle engine oil. Came all wrapped in plastic. Drained motorcycle oil, changed filter. Looked at label on first quart of oil to confirm and started adding oil. Reached for third bottle from the plastic and started pouring. Color looked different. Stopped and looked at the label. Said 20W fork oil. Have to drain it all again now and start again...not to mention any possible contamination. Company refuses full reimbursement. $15 credit most they would do. What an insult. They can keep the $15. I won’t be returning. Have a family far away wedding I meant to attend with the bike this week.

The worst experience I have ever had placing an order. The most un-professional bunch of people to deal with.
It took a week to fill a small order of only 3 items and when the items arrived, one was missing. When I called their customer care, I was told I had to wait another 3 to 5 business days for them to find out what happened. Working my way up to a supervisor, I was told (and made her put it in writing and email to me) that I would receive the part in 48 hours max. 48 hours came and gone and still no sign of the missing part. This is a mickey mouse company. I will never place an order with these clowns.

Worst experience ever! I ordered an item on 4/22/21 and I just now receive a shipping email on 4/28/21 saying they will ship the item on 7/05/21! I refuse to wait that long and your advertisement of shipping is way off!!!! I would not order from this company!

The solenoid I ordered arrived quickly and was exactly as described. It was an exact replacement.

Zero stars for this crap company. Ordered a helmet and gloves from them. After a week after getting a notice it was shipping nothing arrived. I contact them a week later and tried to get a status of the order. First chat window was closed by them, second person answering said they had to wait for the "DROPSHIPPER" to respond, I then asked it to be canceled. They state they couldn't refund until they heard back. A week later still nothing and I ask what the status is and still nothing, they did put in to cancel but nothing. Still haven't gotten my 200 dollars back, will be disputing this tomorrow. Don't shop here, it's not worth the hassle and it's just going to tick you off.

UPDATE: I hadn't received my refund so I contact them again on the 22nd and got the same answer wait 24 hours and again nothing. Now it's the 29th of April and still nothing, no refund, no product and no answer. You've been warned! I did contact USAA and they opened a dispute and provided a temp credit for the full amount.
Also you notice that any positive review is an INVITE! Is that considered a paid review? No one felt the desire to write a positive review on their own, take that for what it's worth.

Needed replacement bulbs for my Harley
Needed replacement bulbs for my Harley, website asked for Brand year and model. Entered my bike in and was directed to the lights. Went with the LED which MotorcycleID site said a direct replacement. Recieved bulbs and due to the bulb width it would not seat and lock into place. No big deal, called them and told them the issue. They wanted me to measure the entire bulb and then told me to call Harley Davidson to see if they done anything different to my bike. What a completely useless company. Be advised, this company is a complete sham. read the reviews, I wish I had. Wish it had negetive stars.

Horrible customer service. Did not ship all the parts to my $1,000 Yoshimura R-77 Dual Slip-on exhaust and refused to send them after contacting. They will not help you if they make a mistake.

The worst experience I have ever had. I messaged in to confirm stock, I confirmed fitment as well. They said yep in stock and will fit takes 7-10 days to ship. I said no problem I can do that. 10 days later they email that it’s not in stock and they can’t get it. I try to get a different color. They tell me they won’t fit. I say well according to the manufacturers fitment guide it will. They contacted the manufacturer and confirmed this. Then change my order and tell me it will ship in about 2 days. I finally get another email over a week later saying it won’t actually fit and they won’t confirm with the manufacturer again. I told them I wanted a refund and never heard back just got a refund 2 days later.
Will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone!
How much profit is irrelevant when compared to cust service
They don't seem to care much about customer service! Ordered the items, more than two weeks later still haven't arrived. Initially scheduled on 12/22, then 12/27, and now 12/31 it went from NC to MS (sat until 12/28 in MS) to Fl, shipping isn't free so I'm thinking they make a profit on the amount that they charge at checkout. They do know how to look up tracking and tell you what you already know!

Misinformed employees
This was by far the worst experience of customer service and misinformed employees. I purchased a led head light for my bike that was to be a plug and play.....not 1 but 2 staff told me it was plug and play. The plug for the light was good but it needed 2 aftermarket mounting brackets. After speaking with them again....I was told I would be “contacted within 1-3 business days” after 4.5 days still no response. I called them again and was just given misinformation and lots of bs.
I will definitely not use or recommend these clowns to anyone,
