I recently ordered a tail light (which I entered correctly through their website), it ended up to be the wrong part because it didn’t fit. Looking at the “Return Process” on their website, I thought returning it would be a breeze. Boy was I wrong.

Clicking the “Submit a Return” button only gives you a phone number to call, not a website process like the website led you to believe. I reluctantly called, explained my situation to a service rep and had to be put on hold for a couple minutes. They explained that there would be a “restocking fee” to do a return. For a mistake on their part?!

I disagreed with this, and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager, to which they said “They aren’t here.” What?! ... After a couple of exchanges, they wanted to put me on hold... again. This was getting nowhere fast and wasting my time.

After reading some the reviews from this site, it looks like a lot of customers have had similar experiences.

As a word of advice, avoid this so-called “company” like the Black Plague. Save yourself the money, time, and headache.

Every bit of the experience including product quality was great

After ordering GIVI bags and mounts for a GS-BMW I was told the parts would fit the bike. After waiting eight weeks for brackets, my research showed that in fact these parts are not compatable with the
Trecker Outback bags, never were!!! Upon dealing with five sales people and explaining the problem , they still sent me the same brackets that do not fit. On top of it all they say they can't refund the $900 because of the 30 days return policy.... After stringing me along on parts that I could have gotten in two days local.we shall see what happends if the "supervisor" does indeed call me back in 24 hrs. One of the most unprofessional companys I have delt with.No threat, I , will not be taken for $900!!! To be posted later depending on how this is delt with by MotorcycleID. Other wise Lawyer time , Atterney General. Do not deal with this company in any form!

Ordered the Kawasaki Windshield Fairing for my 1980 750LTD....went and had it professionally installed and I love it!... Nice not to have bugs and crap on my shirt or jacket anymore!!... I even added a soundbar speaker to enjoy my rides even more!... ordering from them was simple, quick and easy... I also ordered a new horn and speedometer cable, and they fit/work perfectly!!

I ordered a windshield first and then I needed the 10mm adapter kit. When it came I installed it and it worked great with the windshield and the Yamaha 125 Vino I have.

Service with your company was very good and received my order sooner than expected and it was correct

Sold parts saying they fit my model of bike they didn’t. I googled part number it said it doesn’t, should have done that first I guess but I thought a motorcycle site that said it fits your bike would be accurate. They made it difficult to return and wanted to charge restocking fees on top of not covering shipping back to them. So frustrating a return on their mistake should not cost the customer.

Item was exactly as described and came much faster than expected!!!

Handlebars were just right for a ttr125. About 1" wider per end (2" total). Built well and better angle. Similar to CR bend but better width for ttr125. Very similar height to stock bars.

Order was processed and shipped quickly.

Great master cylinder rebuild kit. Got the brake lever on my R6 super stiff again. Fast shipping too!

Items were delivered on time and well packaged.

I bought front pegs was said would fit a 2003 Kawasaki 500R. At first it appeared the holes would be too big and sloppy, but I used a couple of washers to take up the slack and I was able to make it work acceptably. I also have a 2004 Kawasaki 250 and it's possible it maybe more suitable as a replacement.

orderd oil and filter for my motoguzzi stelvio, paid 90 dollars for the oil and never got my filter, many excuses later and no filter, why would it not come in the same package as my oil. they are just buying from other company's and marking it up, no support , total scam

Awesome service, quick shipping

Fake company. I called to verify that a pair of boots was in stock and ready to ship. I was assured that there were 13 pairs on their shelves and that my boots would be sent the following day. A label was created but the boots never shipped. I called to inquire, and was told that the boots shipped from a 3rd party location (drop shipped). Long story short, Motorcycle ID doesn't actually stock anything and they rely on other wholesalers to do the work for them. This means no real time inventory. It's been several weeks and I've ret to receive a refund for what was never sent. I'm afraid that I'll have to file a fraud claim with my bank now.
Fake company, Fake inventory, no recourse. Avoid at all costs.
