Worst car buying experience ever. Due to distance I bought sight unseen and paid for delivery. Car had body damage, all service history and book pack missing. After loads of lies and excuses they sent me the service book only. So still waiting to hear about the missing book pack, body damage and missing tools from the boot. Buyer beware is all I can say, other than I wish I’d read the bad reviews first.

Recently bought an Audi TT, I live quite far away so didn’t get the chance to view the vehicle before purchase, however, Russ was extremely helpful from the outset when we spoke on the phone, no pressure selling and extremely transparent about the vehicle, condition, and what work they would be carrying out. I went ahead and purchased the car, it was only that after a small snag was identified by Russ before delivery, however he called me before delivery to ensure I was still happy to accept, and has sent the replacement part to me at their expense. Transparent, honest, no pressure selling, I would 100% feel confident to purchase from again and highly recommend. Thanks for the smooth buying journey Russ!

Terrible company. I brought a car for over seven thousand pounds and after just one week the gearbox went. After I had it checked over by a mechanic he found that not only was the gearbox gone but three of the tyres needed replacing. It was leaking oil. And the brake pads was worn down to a dangerous level. I tried to contact them to return the car for a refund but I have been ignored. I am now leaving it to my solicitor to sort out as I want my money back. Please do not do business with this company.
