My Motorola g54 has just updated its self with out even asking me. I hate this phone. I hate Motorola. I wish I had never bought it. I can't wait to get a phone without Motorola or Google in it. I will never buy another Motorola phone ever again in my entire life.
Worst service and phone ever had

AFTER next 3 month screen slpliet axecly same way as first time. ITS BENDED phone and had big crack in midle phone again. MANUFACTURING FAIL. And they refuse repair and give me 580 pound for repair. New phone cost me 620 phonds. SEND email with questuons. NOBODY answer. They ask me 30 pound to send.? back this shit.

Brought a G54 phone in January which developed a minor fault with the camera, support request was super helpful and easy, phone returned, repaired and back with me in less than a week with no charge for postage or repair. Really can't fault customer service like that. 5 stars from me Motorola
No Phone
Haven't even received a phone and been promised emails after 3 phone calls and then ignored when I've emailed asking where is my phone 2 and a half weeks after placing the order, which is strange also as apparently it's normal when you authorise payment on your credit card app the amount to be zero as Motorola are checking it's a legitimate card so apparently this is normal practice
Motorola Razr 40
Motorola Razr 40
The phone is fine, works well no issues. Until the screen loses pixels in the middle of the screen. Happened once, returned and replaced the screen for me, no major issues even if it was an absolute basle to transfer data around.
Happened again. This time, the catch holding the rubber to protect the bend in the screen was popped out and is flapping about. Unrelated to the dead pixels, the repair of the pixels would require the repair of the other fault. Still under a year old, I contacted them again, sent pictures of the issue and agreed to return it on the Friday.
Friday rolls around, get a email telling me the flapping part isn't covered under warranty. Or it might be. Or it might not be. They'll let me know how much i owe them later. Called the Customee Services to ask what on earth was going on and I'm not returning it with no idea if I'd owe them money.
A week later, a quote for £600 comes through. I've noticed a theme on this site that that clearly if the customer is difficult, they over quote the repair to get rid of you. Asked for an escalation route, was offered 20% off a new handset.
Now in an infinite loop of asking to talk to someone who can do anything other than the agent i've gotten.
The Razr isn't fit for purpose. Don't get one. Two repairs in a year is too much, let alone when they won't cover it properly. It's a powerless call centre and that is reason enough To avoid going forward!
RAZR 50 ULTRA
AVOID!!!! Only been using this phone from new for 3 months! Now the screen protector is lifting, and viewing the screen is difficult. Motorola offered to fix it, but the phone needs to be wiped and sent away, and there are no local repair options. It is such a pain after spending weeks getting all the information and data from my old phone onto this, to have to repeat the whole process again. I will try and live with it, but AVOID Motorola folding screen phones, just do a search and see how many issues people are having, it seems to be a known common fault!
Constant issues with Motorola razr…
Constant issues with Motorola razr ultra 50 phone with the screen protector lifting. The customer service team are terrible. They do not read emails I have sent. Trying to arrange my phone to be collected is horrendous.
I will get the phone back and guarantee this will happen again. Why can't the company take positive action of replacing the phone for a brand new one and offer compensation for this ongoing issue. Do not buy Motorola phones people
Lovely phone bad contact support.
Lovely phone;
The trouble is that the website is rubbish. can't get through on the telephone. The email asks for a lot of difficult information. I found it, then was bounced back as "server issues". I tried again, and it said blocked. All I want to do is to upgrade fone then change the data over. Yet the data app is no longer available. I think they not want to sell phones now.
Moto e 14 phone
Moto e 14 a fantastic phone for the money would recommend 100 percent
These expensive phones come with a one…
These expensive phones come with a one year warranty. However most customers don’t understand what that actually means is Motorola have zero faith “their” product won’t make it to two years. The fold on the Razr40 fails and isn’t economical to repair. Wish I hadn’t bought one.
'software fix' is unworkable
This 'software fix' is an absolute farce!
Pathetically laughable.
It is designed to discourage anyone from using it.
Instructions are grossly inadequate, requiring further time wasted contacting help through the automated facility. Even when finally though to a human, still woefully inadequate.
The whole process seems to have been cobbled together in 'a few hours, not days or weeks or months and is clearly untested by users (I have 28 years IT experience).
I have wasted two hours+ to finally discover a full system reset would have been simpler and quicker.
I will never ever buy another Moto...
Absolutely pathetic, designed by young children most likely.
Dual sim BEWARE , Esim is not the same as physical sim
Disappointed as I was keen to purchase a Motorola dual sim phone. I have one sim for personal and another for business ie 2 physical sims installed on my current phone. Thankfully I looked up some reviews before purchasing as some people have found out the hard way that most of the dual sim phones do not support 2 physical sim cards. Both my phone providers do not support esims. I am disappointed as I now have to continue the search for another brand.
Unreliable phone
Started having problems with the G60S model after two years and after another year of having an unreliable phone I've had to give up and buy another. I tried a complete reset but it didn't work. Apps constantly crash, the phone switches itself off or goes into a crazy on/off restart mode. Shame as it's a lovely phone with excellent camera but at £200 I expected it to be keeping it for much longer. I can't bring myself to ever buy another Motorola unfortunately due to the stress this one has caused me.

After trying to get my phone fixed for 6 months, with being ignored, blocked and made to wait weeks by agents i was offered a refund but when i provided the receipt they told me i would not be getting a refund and i should go to the place i bought the phone from. Thing is motorola still have the phone as they claimed they did not have the parts to fix the phone and tried to give me two replacements which were old stock that they obviously could not sell. Everytime you speak to an agent they say they have to send it up to management who take anywhere from a weeks to 3 weeks to get back to you. They always just email you and then you have to wait another while for a reply. Almost 7 months trying to get this sorted and they have never even tried to deal with my complaints of agents ignoring me, cutting me off and really bad customer service messaging services
terrible range
terrible range. had an edge 40. the corners were horribly easy to touch, no screen protectors available, at least my wife likes it. but the g14...what a complete scam, ive had other phones with the same cpu that were much faster and more efficient. also installs garbage apps all over my phone like candy crush, horribly oversharpened screen, ghost touches etc. the worst bit is the spammy games it keeps installing. i was close to blaming android but my dads got me a cheap Oppo and wow is that one miles ahead of this. the extra star is because the edge 40 is suitable for some people who use flip cases to protect the screen, but you should try before you buy. the G range? dont touch it, full of spamware and configured like a toddler set it up

Had two of their phones now and both have the same problem , screen freezes , switches off for no reason , don't recognize commands . Definitely won't be buying another one

If i could leave a minus 5 score i would!! Spoke to 2 seperate customer service operators, both sounded like they where african, had no professionalism talked over me whilst I was explaining my problem, couldn't answer the question I was asking, said they couldn't direct me to anyone who new the specs of their own phones!!! i only wanted to know if the razr 50 was running Android Auto or Android Auto Go?? If the Go version it won't work with my car, if not the Go then it should work but isn't so i need to have it fixed. When suggesting to return it she said she needed to send me an email to fill out for proof of purchase, i said i`ll give you the details name, date of order invoice no etc to progress the job she said No I have to fill out the details, I even asked why she couldn't just look up my order on her records? its only a few weeks ago.......Guess what She couldn't even do that!!! What kind of customer services can't do that? If I ever get this sorted I won't ever be returning to Motorola again, a shame really as i quite liked the phone.
Razr 40
Razr 40 - Faulty screen.
My Razr 40 developed a fault with the screen, just above the hinge. I sent it off for repair under warranty. At the repair center, the phone was further damaged, and the Motorola claimed that this damage voided the warranty. They gave me the 'options' of paying £600 for the repair, or paying £30 to have my phone back unrepaired.
Customer service are incredibly slow to respond about any issues.
Avoid buying any folding device from Motorola, or relying on them for any kind of warranty repair.
Complacent organisiation, Customer Service appaling.
I bought a Motorola Razr in August 2024 from Currys/Carphone Warehouse. I have had Motorola phones for 12 years.
The Razr stopped working 8 days ago. After visiting the store they tried to help and was told that Curry's are not allowed repair to Motorola phones. I then spent many hours either speaking or emailing Motorola and was told that the phone needed to go back to Motorola. I then had to arrange with DHL (with number provided by Motorola) to collect the phone. This was difficult in itself as I spoke to 4 different departments to get to the right department. The calls were 7p per minute. While speaking to DHL my call suddenly connected to Tesco, I tried to call DHL again and the same Tesco was connected. So far I have had to pay £5 + the 7p per minute charge. I assume this is a money making exercise for DHL.
The phone was collected Monday, so 7 days after it went wrong. I was told this would be dealt with urgently, but obviously that is not true. I've called again today for progress. so far nothing has happened and was told to try again on Friday or next Monday.
I have found that I have missed hospital and pharmacy appointment, as well as not being able to authenticate my details with banks and other contacts.
This is NOT customer Service.
And by the way I was told that there is no senior management that could take my complaint or call. What an absolute shambles this is.
I want my phone back repaired or replaced by the end of this week.

Body cams can't be turned off after work, they want to record us at home.
They don't have user manuals, and their 'online manuals' are nothing but ads, and have no information what any of the buttons do, and they can never be turned-off.
