Excellent service at Motor range last night, I met with Andrei and he broke down all the different options and spent a long time walking around viewing different cars and allowing me to test drive multiple models. I didn't feel rushed in any way and really enjoyed the process

When I chose my car I then proceeded through the paperwork with Andrei who again was excellent and broke everything down with complete autonomy.

After this we were passed onto the finance and met with manager Ste who was absolutely hilarious and professional also - to say it was memorable is an understatement, we were laughing our heads off throughout and felt very comfortable

This doesn't take away how good ste was at breaking the financials down and ensured we were happy with the final product before proceeding. Funny funny man. (37 years old too)

The team made us feel very welcome and I am really happy we visited this store and will be returning in future for my future purchases.

I called Motor Range on 8th June and spoke to Remi. I enquired about a BMW with a wet clutch. She new exactly what she was talking about. Thank you Remi

No hard selling. After a rep introduces themselves and checks what you're looking for, they then direct you to those specific type of cars and leave you to browse in peac. They just advise you to go back to them if you find anything you're interested in.
You get a decent part ex offer too. When you collect the car, it has been thoroughly cleaned and checked. It's all extremely professional with excellent customer service and lovely staff. It's all completed as quickly as you'd like, if it's possible. I'm a returning customer and I'd say I'll go back over and over again.

Would like to commend the young lady I spoke to at the Liverpool branch. Her name was Sophie, and she was so friendly and professional, furnishing me with all the information and advice I required. Definitely an asset to your team!

Thought I would pop in to have a look around as I’m unsure if to change my car. A young woman came and spoke to me who was extremely helpful and pleasant. ( I’m sure her name was Remi). I didn’t feel pressured as some staff make you feel. I came away with a clear plane, this staff member was so helpful, made me feel very comfortable.

Spoke with Sophie on the phone. Her customer service was excellent! She was so helpful. Friendly, warm and very professional. Would definitely recommend this company when looking for a car.
