Good for ease of sale but a small loss

So I think motorway are good at giving closer actual car value prices to most compared to all other similar companies, stay away from Car wow who quote a good price then knock over £800 off that price on the 1st phone call. I still think you are better to sell privately if you can to get the most value for your car. I wouldn't give 5 stars just for the over communication which leads to multiple emails and confusing emails i.e 'how to receive your payment' emails after you have been paid by the dealership already. Also once everything agreed and price is agreed it doesn't stop the dealerships themselves from completing over the top car checks and still asking if you would budge on price when there are no faults. I have used motorway in the past and overall would say they are good to use if you need to sell your car quickly but are willing to receive a lower amount (by around £1500) of what your car is actually worth.

The whole process was smooth,had a…

The whole process was smooth,had a phone call from motorway while doing car profile which was very helpful, made sure everything was ok and informed me of next steps and when car would be listed in auction, after the sale i received emails informing of next steps,buyer was intouch within 36 hours to arrange collection, they arrived on time, quick check of car and test drive, then payment made straight to my account minus motorways sale fee and car taken away. Car was listed on a Saturday and collected Wednesday, very happy with process and remarkably stress free, 10/10

Kept being bothered by the Document…

Kept being bothered by the Document team when the documents were sent by the link supplied. Some staff didn’t understand what I was talking about and never returned calls or when they said the would send email links they didn’t. Overall disappointing. Just an update, Just had a call from documentation that the document was not correct, Driving licence. Just proves how incompetent this department is. Told them, well that’s funny as the car has been sold and the dealer picked it up yesterday. As she said calls are monitored for training I suggest you train your documentation team at a higher standard. Right arm doesn’t know what the left arms doing.

Wouldn’t use again

The Motorway app and concept is good but you will never get the price suggested or offered at auction. The sale was also much slower than expected. Selling privately is more hassle but that is what I would do in future.

Highly recommended. I listed my car with Motorway in June…

I listed my car with Motorway in June 26. The process to list your car is straightforward and easy to navigate. A short 23 hours later I had an offer close to the Motorway suggested value.
I was happy with the offer and agreed the sale immediately.
The car was collected by the dealer with absolutely no fuss and the money was straight into my bank account. A highly recommended way to sell your car instead of trading in. I definitely use again.

Trying to explain my vehicle service…

Trying to explain my vehicle service history to one of your operators was like talking to a brick wall, did not want to listen , like I explained none of my vehicle service ing were over due or done late, as she stated she took the date from the payment reciept which was when the payment that came out of the bank ( standing order ) so you took £500 of the price 🖕
