Quick delivery, super product, very tasty - good customer service, have already been a repeat customer.

I originally saw Mouse house cheese on QVC UK. Now I buy direct from them. The delivery time is good. The cheese taste’s lovely.
My only moan would be that I bought a Christmas hamper last year (2023) One of chutneys was so nice I tried to purchase it on my last order. But you only get it if you’re buying a hamper. Something to think about Mouse House.
But I love your cheeses.

Writing a follow up for to the comical way this company reacts to its poor service! After not getting a response I had to open a case with my bank to try and get my money back. They only then replied saying they would refund me. Nearly a month later I am still awaiting my refund. I then see they have replied to my initial review on here about their poor service saying it had been resolved, when it has not 😂

We love mouse house cheese. The flavours all taste as advertised. The quality is excellent. Have ordered on several occasions and they deliver promptly. Highly recommend. ❤️♥️🧀

Fantastic cheeses. Lovely creamy and flavoursome. Each one us so different and so tasty. The chilli cheese and mature cheddar truckles are to die for. Highly recommended.

Originally discovered Mouse House through QVC. Now order direct from them. The cheese is superb and extremely tasty with a good range of real delicious flavours. The products are safely and securely packed. Despite what some reviews are saying, I have found the company to always be polite and helpful.
As Cheese Lovers we certainly would recommend them.

I pre ordered a cheese box for a Christmas present - £35 - but it never arrived. I emailed them several times leading up to Christmas and kept getting fobbed off with the it's on its way, it will be there in time for Christmas... Well it wasn't and still hasn't arrived. I was then told if it didn't come on Sat 23rd Dec to let them know and they would refund me. I emailed them only to get an an auto response telling me they were now closed until the New Year!! Since then they have fobbed me off times over regarding my refund, which I still have not received. It is now with Paypal to resolve. Terrible company and abysmal customer service.

Fabulous selection of cheeses, all delicious. Fast delivery and an easy to navigate website. Definitely recommend.

I would avoid! Bought a selection of cheese for Christmas at the beginning of December. Contacted them a week before Christmas as I was yet to have my cheese delivered. I was fobbed off multiple times saying it has been dispatched but I had no dispatch notice or tracking number. Was told delivery would be guaranteed before Christmas, never arrived. I paid via paypal so was able to open a case for a refund. A complete let down and won't ever buy again.

Ordered back in October for delivery but nothing arrived, we emailed before Christmas and got assurances that the order would arrive. Have emailed again and asked for a refund, no apology, suggested they might have apologised for the poor service, the response was that they had refunded the money and it was Royal Mails fault.

Sent a gift to a friend who said it was brilliant.

Lovely choice of cheese arrived safely and have a good date though they will be gone by new years absolutely love the whiskey and orange cheddar

I ordered a cheese truckle hamper in October to be delivered to friends for Christmas. I have been repeatedly lied to about the delivery date, starting with a promise it would be delivered w/c 11th December. It is now 23rd December and it has not been received. My last email from them guaranteed delivery by Royal Mail yesterday. Do they really send out fresh cheeses by post?? Today I have received an out of office till January email from them. I only hope I can get a refund then. Disgraceful customer care. Recommended you avoid at all costs.

TERRIBLE SERVICE ( ACTUALLY, NO SERVICE AT ALL!!) HAMPERS NOT DELIVERED IN TIME EVEN WHEN OUR HAMPERS ORDERS WERE PLACE 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR CHRISTMAS, NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. THE AGE OLD LAME EXCUSE BEING USED IS BLAMING IT ON THE COURIER COMPANY! WILL NEVER USE MOUSE HOUSE CHEESE EVER AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM!

I love the hampers - they make a great Christmas present. The different cheeses are a delight. Everything is delivered in a sturdy presentation box and delivered in plenty of time for the Big Day!

The Xmas order option doesn't make it clear when the order will be dispatched. I phoned to chase my order which is now over 5 days, only to be told there's nothing that can be done - 'I'm just one of thousands'. Not what I wanted to hear - not even a suggestion of putting in another order, for which I'd be happy to pay - for immediate delivery and cancelling and refunding the Xmas order. Lack of imagination and not helpful. And I'll still have to buy a set of cheeses to take away on my trip - but not from this company
