Zero stars!
It was all roses and great until I made the payment and received the invoice.
Price offered wasnt much lower than the second lowest quote I got from another company. I was promised collection of my items of 4 cubic metres on 29/02 at 11 am on 15/02 via email and phone. 12 days after having confirmed dates of collection of my goods I have had multiple phone calls a day changing dates and times of collection. What I've explained is that I was moving countries because of my mother's critical medical situation, and that I was still dealing with many things between Italy and England and after I've had dates confirmed by Movinga 12 days prior to the phone call it was impossible to me to change them as I had flights back and forth booked and a very sick mother, as well as many things to look after in England as well (after 7 years of living there) I was then told that the person who sold me the deal (samantha jane jonker) had made a mistake as she didnt explain that the dates are meant to be flexible and not fixed. I have explained that it wasnt my fault and had to repeat myself over and over my situation to Emma over the phone. She kept on getting back to me with alternative dates (where I would have already left the country and vacates my property for good) to collect my belongings by Movinga. I explained that if they pay for storage of my 4 cubic metre belongings, pay for a new flight ticket, and pay for my hotel I would agree on their re-amended date. After much stress and waste of time we have agreed (of course it was only me who compromised) for collection on saturday 27/02 at 4pm the latest possible in the afternoon as this would have been my last day in London and I had many appointments booked in the morning. I thought that I could finally relax and stop worrying but NO, a few days after, Emma calls me again multiple times to comunicate to me that the confirmed date (for the second time) can not take place as the logistics department made a mistake and only the morning would be possible or onTuesday 01/03. At that point I couldnt help myself but laugh from desperation as I would have left the country on 29/02 explained endless times to Emma . I, for the twentieth time explained again everything previously explained and she kept apologising and telling me that it wasnt her fault but it was the suppliers fault, then the logistics department fault, then the person who sold me the offers fault and that it definitely was NOT my own fault. A few hours after, she calls me again a few times where I was in the shower, came out to find a voicemail and an email cancelling the service LESS THAN 24 hours prior to the collection date and time agreed!!!!!!!! I was going to have a heart attack!!! I had a dying mother in hospital movinga has only made my life hell instead of making my moving experience easier!! i called and called trying to speak with someone, no body seemed to know anything about my situation, they kept on putting me on hold and told that Emma was on another line, then Emma wasnt available, then Emma wasnt on her desk then the managers were on a meeting then the managers were all gone and there was no body available to speak with!!!!! The only helpful person who managed to confirm the agreed booking in less than 24 hours was Jena, a very polite and empathetic guy. I was initially (until I paid) promised that I would receive my belongings within 3 to 10 working days, suddenly this changed to up to a month!!! I was extremely worried about my stuff that had an approx value of 40k basically my whole life were in those 4 cubic metres and the items would have been collected to be put in a storage to then be taken in a van to Italy. I've sent an email explaining the whole situation from A to Z and that because of all of this extreme stress, mistakes, inconveniences I'd like to at least have full insurance for free as I fear my belongings would go lost, broken or mis-handled due to the prolonged process of handling them and put them in a storage before departure. I HAVE NO ANSWER UNTIL NOW! a few days after, I was comunicated from Jena (the helpful guy) that I would receive my belongings on Wednesday 09/02. Guess what, I was in hospital 70km away from home to receive multiple phone calls from the driver on 08/02 (today) that hes waiting for me downstairs for me to collect my stuff!!!! Had to leave everything in hospital and rush back driving 70km to collect my belongings when it was agreed for the day after and thats exactly why I've organized myself according to that (again)confirmed date. After I've brought everything to my flat with my sisters help, I've realized my bike's lock was missing, this is not so much of a big deal as I will claim it from the company(i'm sure they'll be as dreadful as they've shown to be until now) but all my stuff, luggage and whts inside of them, mattress and boxes and whats inside of them stink so bad!!! I HAVE A STINKY FLATnow because of Movinga. It stinks of smoke so much that my sick mother ended up throwing up and her blood pressure reached 150/95 and I've had to call the medical emergency number to seek advice!!! She've had a very delicate brain surgery 2 weeks ago and she was throwing up today due to the horrendous smell of all the 4cubic metres worth of stuff that was delivered today! my living room stinks, my bedroom stinks, my sisters room stinks !!!! Under no circumstance I would recommend movinga to anybody, they are the worst and made my life hell everyday since 15/02 until today 08/03 and god knows until when, since all I can smell is a moldy stinky burnt tobacco smell in all my belongings and as a result in all my flat!!! DO NOT USE MOVINGA!!!!

Movinga is NOT too good to be true.
I got 6 quotes and the disparity in price between some of the Removal Companies was remarkable. Movinga came in with the cheapest quote.
Their service and Customer Support was EXCELLENT. We were moving our belongings from the U.K. to Ireland and despite Ferries being cancelled because of the very bad weather (beginning of February 2016) we had all our belongings, in tact, on time and within budget. Thank you Movinga. I have no hesitation in recommending you to people who need you service.

Great Value, went the extra mile
I had four different removal companies give me a quote for our move. I wanted help with packing and I wanted half of my house contents to go into store. A big house with 25 years worth of "stuff". So it was a bit complicated. Three of the companies sent someone round to look at the job, Movinga just asked me questions over the phone which was much more convenient. The three regular companies had glossy brochures, complicated survey forms and computers with them. Movinga just sent me an email with their quote. The other three companies sent pages of terms and conditions with detailed breakdowns of what would happen and what they wouldn't be liable for.
Movinga's quote was a third of the price of the other companies but I was very nervous about taking them on. I couldn't find any convincing reviews, only a couple that said "don't use them, they're awful".
I decided to take the risk. Movinga sent me the boxes I asked for so I could start packing the stuff to go into store. They arrived promptly. Three guys showed up the day before the move to help with the main packing. They were very thorough and careful.
On the day of the move, I borrowed a van myself in case there was any slippage and to take the big pots full of plants from the garden. Three guys with two lorries turned up bright and early and set to. It didn't go perfectly. There were some communication problems that meant we had to find work-arounds that weren't part of the original plan. That said, those three guys worked flat out all day. Everything got moved to where it was meant to go. Nothing got broken. I was glad I had the van.
Maybe if I'd used one of the three regular companies it would have been easier and gone a little more smoothly but it would have cost me an extra £2.5K. Did we get there in the end? Yes. Were they good value for money? Very much so. Would I use them again? Certainly. Would I recommend them? If you've got more money than sense and want a stress free time maybe use a regular company. If you're realistic and don't want to spend extra thousands on glossy reassurance go for Movinga. I think they're new kids on the block in this country and will only get better.
Last word. A big thank you to the guys who did the move for us. They went the extra mile and then some. I was impressed.

NOT PERFECT.
Everything was perfect to start with, very good fixed price lots of good communication, lots of promises. I gave a list of items to be moved and received a good price. So far so good. When I received the quote it stated that it came to 850 cubic feet . I phoned them on three occasions with my concerns that the van might not be big enough, and was told as long as I have listed most of the items, and no extra furniture, there would be plenty of room. I was told a 7.5 ton truck would be used, so as far as I was concerned there would be plenty of room. To safe guard I added an extra 20 medium sized boxes to the list, and was charged £50 more on top of quote.
On the day of the move a 3.5 ton Luton van turned up, which only has a capacity for 700 cubic feet. I told them that my items would not fit in the van, but they would not listen, and kept saying it would fit. I was proved right they couldn't fit all my items in, so10% was left behind. This cost me much stress ,time and money to sort out. My advice is to ALWAYS get a local removal company to visit your house and give a fixed price. I have made a complaint to Movinga ,and they are currently investigating. At present it is unclear who is to blame. I will adjust this review depending on how Movinga deal with my complaint, and I hope I don't have to take legal action to recover my losses.****UPDATE****. THE REMOVAL COMPANY WERE TO BLAME,THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT 2 VANS INSTEAD OF 1. MOVINGA DELT WITH MY COMPLAINT, AND REFUNDED MY LOSSES.I HAVE CHANGE THE STAR RATING FROM 1 TO 3 STARS TO REFLECT THIS.

Highly recommend based on my experience
Hadn't heard of Movinga before but after getting 3 other quotes for moving/storage and finding Movinga about 50% cheaper, I decided to give them a go. They were also the most keen for my business and always followed up every query I had which put my mind at ease. The moving partners they used were brilliant and I don't have a single negative thing to say about the whole experience. Friendly, professional, great communication, a seamless move with nothing broken or damaged and somehow much cheaper than anyone else!

Very unsatisfactory service
I have already reviewed this company as rubbish and they respond on trustpilot by asking me to contact them direct on e-mail. As I am still waiting for a reply to my e-mail sent on 4/1/16 at 1655hrs to someone called Zachary Matthews requesting a part refund, I see little point in trying again. Their reply to my review is obviously just to try and make themselves look good. You need to try harder Movinga, you don't impress me!!

Bad experience
In the booking process and all previous the actual moving date everything was handle good and amicable. The moving date arrived and I booked boxes, packing, unpacking, dismantle and put together service. The guy who owned a van came with no boxes, didn't know about me asking for the packing service and he did know about dismantle but didn't want to put together the things again. So my husband and I bought boxes and started packing everything arrived in my new house and put everything together ourselves. When we called the costumer service they kept telling us that the company of this guy did tell him about the services I requested but he didn't know and he even didn't do that! He was just a man with a van! He showed me the message they sent and it just said what I had and how much he was going to get paid. Other moving companies kept telling me to be careful but I thought that everything was handle so professional previous the moving that everything was going to be fine but never expected that they just hired a man with a van and that was it. Horrible and stressful day.
I made my review on January. Now Its July and I got an invoice...
This is the worse company ever. After all this months after waiting for their stupid call about how they will compensate me, I got an invoice asking me to pay for all the things they didn't do and even more!! They are an absolute disgrace.

Move completed ok just need to improve communication
I was contacted by Movinga after submitting my requirements through a price comparison site. The advisor I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and quickly provided me with a quote which was in line with other quotes I received. I was told it was a fixed price including insurance and that there would still be some spare capacity in the van above the items I had quoted which we would be able to use if necessary. On this basis I opted to go with Movinga. Generally the process was smooth however my main issue was that I was never informed as to what time the movers would be arriving. I had stated any time from 8am and that as early as possible would be preferred however despite a customer service agent telling me that he would get back in touch with an ETA the day before the move this never happened. I tried calling the office on the morning of the move but there was no response and I hadn't been given direct contact details for the movers. Fortunately they turned up shortly after 8.30 so there was no major issue. The van was larger than we expected and the movers helpfully agreed to transport a few more large items than I had originally requested. Overall I was satisfied with the move but better communication would've improved the overall experience. As other people have suggested this is a company based in Berlin who clearly sub-contract to 'man-with-a-van' style workers so I guess each experience largely depends on the individuals who are selected to do the move.
