The move took much longer than needed. They were constantly reorganizing their truck instead of just packing it in as much to the back as possible. They have some of my missing items. They broke hanging racks, expensive garbage can, large mirror. Many items were not wrapped including matresses. The master bed was not installed correctly with the support braces just lying on the floor.

They were too expensive for the little they moved and took a lot less time but did not give any discount. There was also damage to my sofa which was only excused with no attempt to correct. And finally, they were less than helpful at moving furniture around which I had to do myself later!

It was not the worst moving experience in my life, but there are many moving company choices and your money is best spent somewhere else.

Moving Squad is a mediocre at best moving company. Their prices are on the lower end but you get what you pay for.

Our move was a 4 bedroom house in which they held our furniture for a week. The movers came on time which is a good thing. However, they do not bring enough packing supplies to protect your belongings, so that all your furniture, picture frames, etc have scratches. We are so glad that we moved our valuables/semi-valuables ourselves because I am convinced they would have damaged them. The workers feel they are entitled to tips and ask for them up front. The workers have a "I do not give a f--- attitude" and you have to kick them in the butt to work. The head mover on the load up was so bad that we replaced him.

So if this is the type of company you would like to hire, please do. Your have been warned.

Highly professional. Moved my three bedroom apartment full of furniture without any negative incident. The movers were courteous, efficient and meticulous in wrapping and moving valuable pieces of furniture and artwork. After two very bad experiences with movers I was hoping for the best and I got the Best! I have highly recommended them to a friend who is moving without reservation.
