VERY VERY BAD SERVICE I placed the most valuable peice I had in one of the movers hand ask him to please please be extra careful with this peice INSTEAD IT WAS 1 of the MAIN peices he broke couldn’t get a response from the rep I had been talking to for almost a month he disappeared and there customer service a JOKE to top it all off they left there moving crap at my old house oh well PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK when choosing a company I thought I did I WAS SOOOOOOO! Great company but filling claims for damage and getting …
Movers were great and have great work ethics. Filling claims for damage and getting it processed takes a little while but Stephanie from their customer service department was very nice and reached out to us. We were able to settle for my damaged bed. The day of the move, we accidentally signed on the minimal insurance option that gave us a small portion of the value of the damaged items. I would choose the full and complete insurance plan next time to get the full amount of a replacement. Thanks Stephanie and Moving Squad

family moved from Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach Gardens. The rep was extremely helpful in quantifiying scope of the job ,his estimate was right on the mark. The moving crew of three arrived on time,well equipped with boxes/quilted pads etc ,were very professional ,worked quickly and efficiently. Highly Recommend!
