I had the most positive experience
I had the most positive experience! My team of 4 men arrived early, positive attitude, accommodating my requests to load a pod. I requested the same team for the loading of pod #2. Same positive experience. I highly recommend them!! Wish they could help me unload in TX.

My problem was with the guy that convinced me to use Moving Squad.
He made a promise and that was not kept. I paid $250 more than what I was promised.

Rush work !!!The movers didn't assemble the furniture properly. They were in a hurry to leave. The team leader was very rude and keep asking for payment before the job was done.

Final Total Cost was higher than original hourly quote. Fuel surcharges and additional hours caused runovers. Flat rate may be better option, but be sure to request quote for Total Cost, including any dditional charges.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They booked me for one price over the phone and then it was a different story when they arrived. My furniture was damaged and the foreman was aggressive and told me I needed to give him an excessive tip on top of being charged extra by the company. I also had to pack all of my wardrobe boxes which they told me was part of their service. Then at the end of the move, they have you fill out a paper survey as the foreman sits there and watches you so you don’t write anything bad. Everyone was rude and had no customer service skills. The only plus was that they moved quickly. I’ll never use them again and do not recommend them to others.

Good Moving Company
I was skeptical because I saw some negative reviews, however, I found them to be very professional from the time we began the quote process. I was given a fair quote with a time estimate. The movers were very friendly and completed the job in 3 hours instead of 4, making the job cost less than quoted. I would highly recommend Moving Squad for your move.

Good workers stinky blankets
The workers themselves were good people. However they used old stinky blankets and all my belongings still stink to this day. "Mark" is the guy to watch out for. He made the sale to me and orchestrated the whole move behind the scenes but when I complained to him about the blankets he passed the buck and claimed not to be responsible. Won't recommend.
