SCAMMERS!
Ordered from Mr Housey in June 2019 and i am still awaiting a refund! contact number is never answered, emails bounce back, i eventually got through to a man named 'mike' who advised refund was being processed, then the excuses came again. I have sent letters, contacted them on Facebook. Very disappointing!

I was worried about the payment method but took a risk and don’t regret a single penny spent on my toddler’s 🛌.
It 👀 gorgeous. Delivery 🚚 time was changed but customer service kept me informed and successfully delivered on 2nd attempt.

Communication sometimes was difficult however furniture received within time frame promised. Quality & look is amazing. Definitely worth waiting.

I orders a cot for my daughter. They send you false tracking information, no contact number , they say on their website exceptional customer services Lol what joke. They don’t answer you, keep your money.
I did receive the cot but wouldn’t recommend them at all go to a company that has better reviews. Better service and one you can get hold of.
This isn’t under new management it’s the same ALL Lies

These guys need to be shut down. I’ve paid £360 for a bed frame 2 months ago, which I was told would come end September. Now radio silence despite several emails.

Anyone who has the misfortune of purchasing from here and have had no sight of your goods - seek action from your bank, consult a solicitor or take them to small claims.

I purchased a cot and dresser for over £700 on the 7th July. I have been promised on numerous occasions that the items will be arriving the following week but no prevail. They have now ignored my emails to which I have now contacted trading standards as well as my bank to be reimbursed with the money. I now have a nursery with no cot and dresser!!

found a bed for my son which I loved at first sight. I read reviews and was a little bit stressed out about getting furniture ordered. Good is they offer click and collect and their warehouse is just a few miles away from my address.
They called and agreed to pick up date. Collection was smooth and took 3 minutes to complete with support of very nice warehouse staff. Very pleased with my experience with mrhousey. I wish them good luck and I hope they will turn a bad past into a good future soon.

I placed an order for a bed for my daughter on 28th June 2021 with Mr Housey for a total of £349.00.

I still haven’t received my goods even after several promises from them that my goods will be shipped at the end of the week. They have now stopped responding all together so I have had to go to my bank and get them to issue me a refund and they are looking into Mr Housey.
Do not use this company.

I do recommend If you can wait. Furniture they offer is really great and I must say I am very happy for value for money received but delivery time scale could be better as well as communicated with more precisely. I will buy again, well in advance.

I sincerely do not recommend buying from this company! On the 5th of August I ordered a bed for the child, today on the 11th of October, although I had to receive the order in 4-6 weeks, I haven't received it yet, I write letters for this company, and finally this company started to ignore me. I have asked for a refund, but as far as I understand I will only get it back by contacting the relevant authorities.
The child can’t enjoy a new bed, and this company caused me a lot of bad emotions and nerves.

I bought a teepee bed with mattress in UK single size with set of pink cloud shelves. Communication wasn't great. Although they were very email responsive it was almost impossible to reach them on the phone. Goods finally arrived and another surprise. Mattress was missing. I called them and they offered a delivery in 2-4 weeks or refund. I was disappointed and went for a refund as couldn't wait extra 4 weeks for mattress.
It was processed in 3 working days.
Teepee and shelves are A+. Great value for money.
On top of the the things mrhousey offered me a compensation which I accepted and received in a few days.
They should make some improvements but surely mrhousey delivers nice furniture at reasonable prices.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered a bed on 3rd August with a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. 9 weeks later I have not received my delivery. When I spoke to the company last week they couldn't confirm when my order would be shipped. I now can't get hold of them on the phone and they are not replying to my emails.

We were concerned with the reviews but mrhousy assured us about Lead so gave them a chance. Bed was delivered fast and looks better than on their photo.
I hope they will improve their reputation as furniture they sell is aww.

Not as bad as it looks on trustpilot but not perfect either. We ordered house bed with mattress. House bed arrived surprisingly fast but mattress was missing.
We emailed mrhousey to inform. They admitted the issues with the mattresses and promised to send one ASAP which hasn't happened. We asked for a refund. It was fast. We also received a discount for the inconvenience caused. Bed itself is really beautiful and we do recommend the furniture.

I ordered a bed on 9 August with a 4-6 week delivery timeline. On 31 August I was advised that it would dispatched between 20-30 September. I have made numerous attempts to contact the supplier by phone and email to confirm a delivery date, with no response. I have now cancelled my order and initiated a chargeback transaction with my bank.
Do not order from MrHousey, Kiddic, ScandiCharm or FromTheMakers. Do not pay anyone by direct deposit.

I ordered a desk on 6.6.21- delivery was promised 7-10 days - all good or so I thought.
I have now waited over 14 weeks and had many promises of delivery!
After waiting all this time I requested a definite delivery date by 24.9.21 latest and then received this information about my delivery on 23.9.21
Dear Customer,
“please be advised that your goods are being scheduled to dispatch tomorrow, Fri. Sept.,24th.
As soon as we get the tracking numbers we will keep you updated”
As I had then received tracking information from the delivery company about my delivery on 27.9.21 I thought my desk was finally going to be delivered - I have paid money in good faith and have previously received several emails promising delivery over the last few weeks but no desk arrived.
I have just had notification that the scheduled delivery of my desk today will not happen because the delivery company have not received my order!
I am really angry and upset and will be contacting Trading Standards about this company. Please take note of my experience if anyone is thinking of ordering from Mr Housey.
Update 12.10.21
After finding out that the container with my order had been delivered to the wrong desitnation in the UK I was again promised delivery on the 11.10.21, it is now 12.10.21 and I have heard nothing! - emailed again but no response!!!!
Respond and provide details of the delivery Mr Housey!
