I was concerned about all the reviews. Nevertheless I ordered a cot and received prompt updates fro. Customer Support. When they were unable to deliver the cot bed in the time frame they simply put through a refund in prompt manner. I could not fault them and the communication was great and very prompt. The business I under new management and I hope this will help to resolve previous issues
Do your homework.
I ordered a bed nearly 4 weeks ago. It stated on the product that it would be dispatched in 2 weeks. A week into my order I was emailed with a further 2 week wait. I was expecting for some communication on Friday just gone but I received nothing. So I chased, and chased, then eventually got told that it would be at least a further 10 days before they receive it in their warehouse. Then I came on here. I wish I'd come on here before paying out nearly £400 for a bed which I'm very doubtful I'm ever going to receive now.
I have emailed to cancel because I don't have months to wait. I will update this review if I get anywhere with them.
I ordered a toddler bed from this…
I ordered a toddler bed from this company 3 months ago and it still hasn’t come. They have fobbed me off with delivery dates and even promised a 15% refund… but when I chased that, they asked for my bank details which I am reluctant to hand over. The most recent communication promised the bed on Friday - but still no sign of it. I will be contacting the bank to process a formal claim as well as to report them officially.

Hopeless company....avoid at all costs
Hopeless company....avoid at all costs. Delivery took weeks longer than website states and I was promised a 10% refund if I was prepared to continue with the purchase. I have chased up several times to get the refund, but am fobbed off every time. You have been warned!

Not trustworthy, very poor customer service.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Ordered a bed on 2nd August. 2-4 weeks delivery. After 4 weeks I emailed for an update. Was told it was arriving the following Monday. Emailed again when that didn't happen - no response! Called and finally got through to someone who was reluctant to talk to me over the phone and said they would email me.. emailed saying there was a problem and they would be happy for me to swap to another bed. I asked for a cancellation and refund and got no response. I called again today - again they were reluctant to talk to me over the phone. I said I'd like a refund issued immediately, they said I will email you. NO EMAIL.! Not a trustworthy company at all, in fact I'd go as far as to say its a scam!

Terrible Service & Communication
I had a challange with my Order.
1) Ordered 2 pink beds in April 2021 with Barrier & Bottom Drawer - for my daughters that share the same room
2) I received 2nd of June (8 weeks after the order when original commitment was 4 to 6 weeks) only one bed. I was the one chasing for communication and status. I have informed than that I received only one bed and not 2. They mentioned they were going to check what happened and come back to me. They just came back to me after multiple emails, when I raised a Review in Trust pilot, communicating me the reason why I have not received, saying it was lost by the delivery company and committed delivering a new one in 2 weeks.
3) I received a date of the delivery only on 6th of August, exactly 1 month after the first one was delivered, and for my surprise came the wrong model as it did not have the Barrier as I bought. So basically I got a cheap model compared to what I have paid. As my daughter needed the barrier I had to spend on my own more £100 pounds to buy a bed cushions bumper. I have informed them the same on the 9th of August, asking for some type of compensation, and I am still waiting for a response that is ignored every time I message them or try to call them by phone.
I do not recommend this company at all. The bed is beautiful, but the service and communication is really bad.

Absolutely shocking!
I wish there was a minus when it came to rating!
I don’t even know where to begin, although by some of these reviews my 8 weeks isn’t half as bad as some have had to wait.
This company or companies is shocking! There are so many different names, once my order was placed I received no confirmation at all I had to chase this up as when I logged onto the website it showed I had no orders. The expected delivery time was to be 2-4 weeks, this obviously doubled. I had to constantly ask for updates to when I would receive my order and that I had doubts after reading some reviews but ‘Mike’ reassured me that everything was ok, I paid through PayPal so I had some reassurance thinking that I could get help through that if needed.
Anyway got to about 6 weeks and still no update and was beginning to think I had been scammed! I emailed several times with no response so I opened a case with Paypal I got a response right away for them to say they won’t reply before the times they were open or after they were closed but some of the emails I did actually receive were out of opening hours so felt this was just an excuse, When my order was dispatched I received a message from the delivery company with a date also an email from Mike to ask me to close my PayPal case but i was not going to do this until i received what I ordered, they asked me several times to close this due to it not looking good on their stats.
I emailed kiddic regarding the same bed I ordered from mr housey and after their reply it was then to my understanding they were the same people under different names.
My delivery was cancelled, I was informed by the delivery company of this and they explained that the supplier requested this with no explanation. I contacted mrhousey after a few days they replied to say the truck was delayed. 8 weeks my item was delivered, it had damage and was missing parts. I emailed right away and explained this and also explained that after 8 weeks of waiting I wasn’t prepared to send it back as my daughters bed had also been disposed of that morning, I went out to purchase the missing fixings and changed my PayPal case. I would have appreciated some kind of reimbursement of some kind, I received no reply from the company and today i was offered a full refund through PayPal ONLY IF MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL STATE. I received this order over a week ago and no response from the company at all after emailing several times.
Absolutely shocking! I can not believe they are aloud to trade. They should be ashamed of themselves, absolute shambles.

So originally put this review up but the emailed me and didn’t think my review was fair and that they would offer me £20 refund or a replacement part. I opted for the part as I didn’t think £20 was a fair amount, this was may 2021 were now in September, still no replacement part and they now no longer respond to my emails. This will be taken further! I hope nobody else makes purchases with them and ends up in the same situation.

I placed my order of £189.99 11 weeks ago. After 4 weeks of placing my order I emailed mrhousey stating that I hadn’t received my item or any information in regards to shipping, which I was then told it could take up to 17 days to be delivered from this time. I emailed again as after another 3 weeks the situation had not changed. I was then told that there is an issue with stock availability, at this point it was very frustrating so I asked for a refund which they said it would take 14 days for it to go into my account. 19 days later I emailed to ask for an update on this as I have not had any money go back into my account and I have had no reply. I have rung them and they have give me no confidence whatsoever, they are aware of my order and said that they will get back in touch! Absolutely disgusting. Do not order from these people, they are a complete waste of time and will rob your money.

FYI Mrhousey legal entity name in the UK is Fromthemakers Ltd owned by a Polish individual Michal Laska. The company is a full fraud!
I ordered a bed for my baby months ago and asked for a reimbursement months ago (just a couple of days after I paid for it)... They never proceeded with the reimbursement (even thorugh they agreed and kept saying this is ongoing...), no longer responds to emails and no respond to phone. I have been scammed by this company which don't have any office in the UK... I am contacting my bank HSBC and already filled a Card Dispute Form. To be honest, just look at prior comments and run. Don't order anything from them or you will most likely be in my position.
MrHousey website is a scam - do not trust
I ordered a desk. I called to select the finish I wanted and I was told it was made to order. When I tried to pay, the payment didn't work. When I called, they apologised saying the online payment system was being upgraded. I could pay by Bank Transfer and they would give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience (I know— this should have been a warning, but everything on the website and the phone calls, uk bank, Ltd company etc made it look legitimate). After I paid, I received an order confirmation and I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I called at 8 weeks, they said there was a delay due to Brexit, and it would be another 12 weeks. It was then increasingly difficult to get through to customer services, frequently getting no answer. Emails were eventually replied, saying it would be another 10-days etc etc. When I asked for my money back, there was silence.
I reported it to Lloyds Bank Fraud. They told me my payment went into a Starling Bank Account. Lloyds later confirmed this bank account was empty, so no way to reclaim my money. They told me it was mostly likely to be Authorised Push Payment Fraud.
I feel foolish to have been conned!
P.S. MrHousey's reply below about being under new management has been repeated several times on Trust Pilot since December 2020.So, it's also hard to believe this is genuine.

Disgraceful!
I placed an order in May on the website. Was told that delivery was 4-6wks which was fine.
I checked on the order after 6 weeks and was told it was still in transit from suppliers. Checked again after another couple of weeks and was given a delivery date in early August.
Nothing arrived on the expected date so chased it again. Apparently it was in their warehouse.
Chased again for a delivery date and was told it would be two more weeks or I could cancel for a refund. I decide to cancel and heard nothing for another couple of days.
I was then told they couldn't process the refund because their 'servers were down'.
Still no refund after another week!
This is absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT USE THEM

So I got the std response below - to supply additional information so that they can help resolve the issue (even though they already had the necessary info anyway). As I expected I've heard absolutely nothing! Still no furniture, still no refund. AVOID

Not received any order - want refund!!
I ordered a floor bed for my toddler who has significant mobility issues. This was ordered beginning of July and like many others, we contacted customer services who kept advising order was being processed. I then had a cheeky email saying that they delivered our bed - then apologised and said it would be out for delivery two weeks ago. Since this time, the company are ignoring my emails, there is no contact number that works. I am hugely disappointed in this service and want a refund. My toddler has been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for the last couple of months so will be ordering from another site. Disgusting that this is how customers are treated and will never order again!

We have been waiting 4 months for delivery of the item we ordered. Like others, we were repeatedly told that the order was on the way "in a few weeks," until the company stopped responding to our emails. We will continue to pursue this, so I hope the company will make everyone's lives easier and refund our money. Lost hope of receiving our order
After reading the reviews of this company we decided to try a small order first before committing to a larger order.
I hate to say it but our fears have been confirmed, we are 8 weeks after ordering and despite every 2 weeks being told our order would be with us in 10-14 days we still don't have our order.
We are told the order is in the warehouse but since asking for the warehouse details to collect our order or arrange a courier to collect from they company have not responded.
I have lost any hope of receiving our order and am now focused on getting our money back.
I would highly recommend staying clear of this company.

Poor communication, service resulting in cancellation of order after 6 months!
Having read the "Bad" reviews before I placed my order I had hoped they were in the minority versus the "Excellent" reviews that have been posted. So I went ahead and placed an order for a bookcase in March and was given an initial lead time of 4 to 6 weeks. I have since been proved wrong. Over the course of the past few months (and many emails and phone calls later), I had been led to believe it was finally to be delivered last week. But alas, nothing arrived, no communication and now after chasing the customer service yet again, I am now told there are ongoing issues with the supplier and they are cancelling my order. I know that most companies have faced issues with stock and deliveries especially from Europe (I am certain due to both Brexit aswell as Covid 19). However, after nearly six months of waiting, all I can hope is they do what they say and refund my money in full. Sadly I cannot recommend them based upon this experience.
