Don’t order from this company, I order my cot bed in April they said 6 weeks, after the deadline no cot bed no phone call or email.
After 12 weeks I opened a case on PayPal they don’t even bothered to answer.
Paypal refunded my money.

Update: after leaving this review Mr Housey got in touch and offered a refund, which we took. The refund was processed in a timely manner. I am not removing the review however, as it’s an accurate reflection of our experience with Mr Housey. We appreciate the assistance from the company, but it shouldn’t have taken a bad review in trust pilot to get someone to respond to us.

Original review: We ordered a cot bed with the understanding it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver. Fine. Got an email a couple weeks ago saying that delivery was being arranged for the next Wednesday. Wednesday came, and no bed. I’ve emailed three times asking for a revised delivery date and no response!!!

I ordered and paid over £300 for a TV stand in April 2021. Despite me sending several emails over the 4 months I have not recd a refund. I would advise everyone to avoid paying any money to this company. I will now be taking legal action.

MrHousey.co.uk and ScandiCharm.co.uk are the same company. I ordered a glass cabinet in February and was told delivery after 6 weeks. By 8 weeks I contacted them and they said that delivery in the next 10 days, nothing for a month, then they said they were expecting the item to be dispatched that week and I would receive it within 10 days... nothing. I contacted them again and they said they had issues with their system, which delayed shipment. nothing happened. Then I asked for refund which they said they were going to process, first they said that it was being processed by the finance system, but two months later no money has been sent back. They are a total scam, every time I contacted them they had a different excuse, until they stopped replying and completely ignored my emails. The phone numbers in they websites don't work of course! I do not believe the positive reviews on this site are genuines, don't be fooled by them!

This company are absolute con artists. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS!
Ordered shelving and a cot for my sons Nursery.
Was told 6 weeks delivery, which went and gone so I followed up only to be told my cot was no longer available and offered a swap which I accepted
They then said 10 day’s delivery, 3 months went by before I received anything.
On receipt of my goods, the shelving was not at all what I ordered and the cot was BROKEN.
They promised me replacement repair pieces and then completely ignored any further communication.
The company number I had been using suddenly no longer worked and I was close to £500 out of pocket

Reported them to PayPal and they are now under investigation as fraudulent

I have made 3 orders for my bedroom and dining. They worked really hard to make it 100% right for my purchase

Been waiting over 2 weeks now and we still have not received a refund and are owed over £300!! We have reported them to Action Fraud. Do not buy from them. How do we get our money back?? Fraudsters!!

I purchased a wooden desk in May this year from Mr Housey. The desk is beautiful and am so very happy with it. Their customer service is excellent. My first choice of desk wasn't available, the one I purchased was recommended to me by them for which I'm so grateful as I prefer this one now! I will certainly be using them again.

We are in the middle of furnishing our nursery, and placed a small order first as not every review is positive. My experience was very good, quick delivery and I have been updated on progress by customer service team. I definitely feel more confident now and will soon come back for cot bed etc.

I love the cot itself- it's really good quality for money. However, our delivery was delayed A LOT (3 weeks) and it arrived with some parts missing.. I mean yeah I know things happened but I shouldn't have to chase them myself all the time, if I didn't call nearly everyday nothing would've been solved. Customer service has to improve.

I ordered a bed, was waiting for the delivery that they told me would be 3-5weeks. Close to the deadline I contacted them to be told it was delayed, so I decided to cancel ans ordered anotyer bed from another shop. Then I asked for a refund and never got a reply. i need my refund asap or will chase them with a lawyer!

So pleased with the quality of my set and even the customer support was up to the mark. Highly recommended to everyone!!!
