Really well made products sold by this company and even their delivery service is superbly fast

placed order on 26th April to be told it'll be here in a couple of weeks, advised earlier this week they had to cancel the order!! Terrible customer service. I'm now waiting and trying to get my money back but no one will answer my calls or emails!!

We got some decorative pieces for our nursery and we are very happy with them. They look very cute, nice quality and speedy delivery. Thank you!

I really wanted to give 5 stars, but delivery was delayed, then instructions and some screws were missing and I had to chase them for everything.. so overall table is great but customer service definitely has some room to improve.

This bed is a brilliant solution if you don't have much space. Our boy's room is looking so much better now. Also great value for money! 4 starts only because delivery was delayed (2 weeks)

Our daughter is absolutely in love with this bed, and so are we! Great value for money. Giving only 4 stars, because it arrived with some parts missing, so we had to wait extra 2 weeks to be able to put it together.

Speedy delivery, they look super cute in our nursery!! I will definitely come back for more pieces!

This is two years nowI purchased items in your company to now no received it yet can I please get my money back or I have to post in the social media (Facebook,instantgram,tik Tok,Snapch...

Beware- this company has a duplicate company called Kiddic… similar fraudulent activity by them, all under the same trade name of ‘from the makers’. Careful of the very positive reviews interspersed with many similar experience negative ones… the positive ones are clearly added to boost ratings.

If affected contact trading standards 0808 223 1133 and action fraud police cyber crime 0300 123 2040.
This company has to be prosecuted.

Update: I’m lucky to have received my refund, especially as they encouraged me to do bank transfer. Mr Housey asked me to delete or update my review. I won’t delete it (not allowed) but I will explain how I got my refund… by going to tabloid media. Perhaps others will need to do the same if their customer rights are not upheld?!

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from them. I placed an order on May 8 and have received no items. I then requested a refund which they will not process. If you too have been scammed do the following: contact your bank, file a report with Action Fraud (cyber police), report them to Trust Pilot and make a report to Google. This company needs to be removed so that no more people are scammed out of large sums of money.

Update: They have since given me a full refund.

Communication is terrible, they take payment and then don’t send any confirmation of order or expected delivery time. You need to email them at least 20times via every possible way, website, Instagram, contact us form etc in order for them to respond. They don’t answer your calls either.
I did eventually receive the bed and it is lovely however it’s not exactly the same as the picture and it doesn’t come with instructions. But as I said it’s clearly hand made and of good quality.
I would however try and source it elsewhere instead of using them again.

After 1 year I have never been refunded for the goods I ordered and paid 50% up front for. Do not use this company unless you pay by credit card for protection. Its rubbish they say they are a new company as its the same website and the same owners playing the same game as before with peoples hard earnt money. I have reported them to Trading standards and to action fraud, but still not having any luck getting my money back. People who take advantage of others financially in this way and hide behind a glitzy website should not be able to get away with this practice. Read the reviews first and never pay by bank transfer.

Pre-sales they are happy to communicate with you. Post-sales is an absolute cock-up and the owner is elusive and evasive totally ignoring my 30+ emails and calls after he sent me the wrong product!

I ordered the item from Jersey. As MrHousey only delivers to mainland UK I had to arrange my own shipment to Jersey. No problem there, but MrHousey supplied me with the wrong product. A cheaper product. As a consequence I am now out of pocket by the surplus I paid for the more expensive product, the additional customs duty on the more expensive product and despite promises that upon presentation of a certificate of delivery the VAT would be refunded I am now unable to get any response from the owner. He also promised me a 30% discount if I kept the incorrect product. All in all he owes me c. £150!!! I telephone and email him daily but so far no response has been forthcoming. His unfortunate customer service staff also tell me that they do not have a contact number for the owner/manager and that I am not the only person who is currently having these problems.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM! Shambles!!!!!!!

16/6/2021 UPDATE - MrHousey, through Trustpilot, have asked me to update my review to remove the name of the owner. Fair enough as it is against Trustpilot’s policy which I accidentally overlooked and whilst my review clearly triggered their attention, they have still not contacted me directly to sort out my refund!

Absolutely disgraceful company. Ordered a bed as delivery said 5-10
Days. 10days came and went, still no dispatch email. Called constantly
For hours every day and no answer. I got though once and was assured that someone would call me back the next day with an update but they didn’t. Finally got a reply via email and was told dispatch would be today. Surprise surprise, STILL no dispatch email. Company clearly lies just to make a sale. Do not order from here as they simply take your money and don’t send your items. The bad reviews are correct, I suspect the recent positive emails aren’t true. I needed this bed by Monday and now it’s too late to order from anywhere else. Absolute disgrace and massive let down.

Most horrible experience. Still haven't received a refund for a baby cot bed, which was never delivered to me after months of chasing it up and trying to contact the company via emails/phone with either little or no response. Having requested a refund, in October 2020 it was stated to me that it would be processed ASAP and I never received it.

I ordered a toddler bed from Mrhousey a couple of months ago. The bed arrived but without the additional roof canopy. I sent an email chasing this and was advised the canopy would be delivered soon. After several weeks, this has still not arrived. I have tried phoning Mrhousey with the number provided on the website but there is no answer. None of my emails have been responded to. I am very doubtful I will even be able to secure a refund as there is no way of communicating with the company. Appalling, non-existent customer service.
