I am still waiting for the phone I ordered and payed its been two years now
This company is a scam

Commande et paiement d'un Xiaomi en 2019, comme cadeau de Noel pour Madame.
"MI-9-LITE-6-128-WHITE Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite Go/128Go Blanc 208,00 € 1 208,00 € "
Réception d'une confirmation de commande. Le téléphone n'a jamais été envoyé.
J'ai relancé à deux reprises.
La première fois on me demande de patienter :

Adieu téléphone et adieu 208€

My husband ordered me a replacement phone for 270 euros and we paid for the express shipping to receive it quickly in October 2019. The phone never arrived and we tried to cancel the order, but after several months of back and fourth communication and empty promises the customer support team never refunded us the money, nor did we ever see the phone. We are still to this day furious with our time and money that was wasted by this company. Never buy from them!

I've ordred a phone in november 2019, i've received nothing at all, told them i want a refund in february 2020, we are in august 2020 still nothing.
You'll be the judge.

I've purchased with them an Iphone 11 in NOVEMBER 2019, after 4 months waiting the product I asked for a refund on February and I'm still waiting. I suggest we join forces to go to the police.

In January I've ordered two mobile phones, Xiaomi redmi 8. I've ONLY received one. They promise to ship the missing good but they never did. I've asked for my money back and after 8 months this company has not returned me the money. This is a scam. I've lost about 200 euros.

Low price, but bad service.
I did pay extra 29,90€ for the "fast shipment" service (I needed it quickly as a gift) but it arrived 1 month later than declared and "guaranteed".
The customer service did apologize and wrote me they would have refound me of the extra money, but then they did not.
Still waiting after 6 months...

Do not buy or order with this scam company!!!!!! Ne pas acheter chez eux c'est un grand harnac!!!!! FRAUDE! They don't deserve any star at all. I ordered a phone and suddenly they cancelled my order because the delivery was to long. And I could get my money back through my bank, The bank should ask the money back. I told them a hundred times that that is not possible in France. Gave every detail so they could refund me but they never did. It has been months now. I kept writing and every time I get back stupid and disrespectful answers but never the money I paid. Do not go there.

Scandalous, On November 2, 2019 a phone ordered and paid, never received, already sent more than fifteen e-mails to get my money back, now on June 10, 2020 nothing. Beware of this firm very unreliable !!!

It took much to long as predicted and the charger just broke and smoked when it was used...
Lucky for me i had my old Charger that was capable to do the work...
Nevertheless I'm satisfied by the phone itself.

Paid for a phone in December last year. still not got it 13/05/2020 This company is a scam and will steal your money.......I registered with them but they have destroyed my registration as now all I get when I try to log into my account is "authentication failed"

I paid for the express order, it took the same time as the normal order, they replied to the emails butI was never given the extra money I paid for the express order very bad

I received my Iphone 11 late and I paid for premium shipping. It took more than double the max time, they promised me to refund me but they just ignore me now. If you want a serious website I totally advise you to look for another one.

No need to drag on: they don't even deserve a rating, just a lawsuit.

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro on December 4th, hasn't arrived to this day. For more than a month, every reply they've given me are just variations of "just a few more days". For more than a week, I've asked for an immediate refund, and they haven't even acknowledged my request to do so.
Steer clear of this company

I bought a XIAOMI MI 9T from them on 24/11/2019 that should have been delivered until the 21 of January, its been more than 4 MONTHS!!!! from the day I paid them and I still have not received anything. EVERY time I sent an email asking about the phone or a refund I only received canned messages back.
At the time of the purchase they had good reviews but in hindsight all the good reviews seem to be very short and simple, so they are probably placed by the employees or bought.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WONT GET YOUR PHONE OR YOUR MONEY BACK!!

I do no expect it arrives. The purchase was done on mid-November It thought it was a Scam. It arrives on Friday 29 March and it is broken. It can not be switch on.
I advise during the delay that my address changed.

NON COMPRATE da questo sito: sono dei LADRI (non conosco un sinonimo per definirli): SI RIFIUTANO ANCHE DI EFFETTUARE RIMBORSO: nel loro regolamento È PREVISTA FACOLTÀ DI RICHIEDERLO ma tutte le volte che ho chiesto di attivare procedura di rimborso mi hanno risposto facendo finta di non capire e ripetendo soltanto che il problema sta per essere risolto ..... questo da circa 1,5 mesi lo dicono .. ma io NON voglio più il loro telefono (ne ho comprato un'altro, era un regalo per mio figlio e ... ho dovuto comprarne un'altro) ... RIVORREI I MIEI SOLDI ... che purtroppo non rivedrò più.
Ho iniziaziato procedura di denuncia FRODE con Polizia Postale Italiana ... dubito che recupererò qualche cosa ma spero almeno che si riesca a far chiudere questa banda di ladri (CHE, ATTENZIONE, OPERA ANCHE CON ALTRI SITI ASSOLUTAMENTE FOTOCOPIA DI QUESTO).

I'm really tired of being "fooled" by you who, with your behaviour, have shown not to be a serious company but only a gang of …….. (I am a polite person, I prefer not to say what I think of you).
I will close my "legal complaint" only when finally, as per my right (right that you refuse to recognize me despite the multiple requests to that effect that I have already sent you), I will be fully refunded for the amount I paid in advance for goods that are not I have never received.

My phone was delivered within the agreed upon period. I ordered knowing it would have taken a month to arrive, and it came. With my order, it was also included a package of accessories and since one out of 3 wasn't available, they shipped the phone and two items first, so to not let me wait and as soon as it was available, they sent me the other as well. They replied to my message within the 24 hours. So, if you are not in a hurry and you want an extremely good deal on the price, I recommend them.
