fine offer - you just have to be patient waiting for the delivery

Really? You want me to tell how you did? You did not up to now! I ordered express - paid explicit extra - and still did´nt recieve my phone. You are late 6 weeks now! Despite express! No explaination from your side - on my request after 5 weeks only a cheap excuse and no straight date for delivery. Really - I expect a refund for the "express" - and I finally want to have the phone!

The good news is that the watch really arrived finally - but it took a very long time - about 2 months! They should send it much more faster!

Delivery time of 4 month, quite useless support stuff

Three months late delivery among a lot of fake excuses for the delays. No confident company at all!

I received my phone exactly 3 months after I placed my order. Communication was VERY bad, 2 of my email messages - when I was asking about the delay in delivery - were absolutely ignored. After 2,5 months (in January) I got a reply that they are shipping phones every day, it´s Christmas time (?) and that I will receive it in few weeks. This is an example of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I advise to everybody not to use this website ever. To me it was a good lesson.

took to long to get my phone. No new batteries, I could send it back, but then I have to wait again for 2 months or more. So I am not going to do that.

Some context: I ordered my phone on the 6th of November and it still has not arrived today (9th of February). I did not pay the extra fee to have my order expedited. And their website states that I should have received my phone on the 1st of January (yes, on a holiday, so you can see from here how trustworthy their timeline is).

So 3 months have already past since I ordered my phone on 6th of November, and it still hasn't been shipped. Worse even, my order status has not changed from "Admission in Logistic Center" since 27th of November.

I've contacted them 4 times by e-mail asking for my money back, and every time they just reply back in broken English that they will send my phone "soon", in the next "coming days" or within the next two weeks. NOTHING has changed.

They are also not giving my money back voluntarily. This violates their own terms of agreement, which states that they can issue a refund after 14 business days.

I have filed a complaint with my local police, as well as the cybercrime police in the UK (their supposed address), and in Hong Kong where their company is located (Startcom Group Limited, legally headquartered 10/F The Wave 4 Hong Yip Street, Kwun Tong, 999077, Hong Kong).

Stay away since their service is clearly a scam.

Awful company, don't send your product, then don't send it to the right country, then don't refund costs of arranging correct delivery. Then don't accept their errors, then don't offer a refund (based on a policy of 14 days, even though the phone was sent to the wrong country, and funny how they are happy to allow 100 days to send a faulty product). When you finally get the product it is faulty, doesn't work and then refuse to help. They are a scam, I wish I had read about this earlier. There needs to be 0 stars on this

Only two stars for lack of communication or unprofessional communication with the customer. The fake reassurances are useless.
Delay in delivery of more than 60 days from the last date set by the fan [Order of 17.09.2019 - Delivery 20.12.2019 (after several reminders and having changed phone features on the indication of the seller)].
note: the comparison with orders from China is incredible: delivery by ordinary mail in variable times between 30 and 40 days. Very little compared to the delivery time of MrPhoneDeals.
I have decided not to buy from them anymore.

Honestly, I can't give more stars for This website. Firstly, when I decided to buy a phone on This website, it was written that I will receive it enter 24 and 34 days before. In fact, after buying the phone, the delivery time changed until 2 months before ! It is unacceptable ! This is a misleading publicity ! Moreover, when I asked the customer service to have more informations about the delivery on my phone, they answered exactly the same evasive answer... Finally, they say on the website that we have 2 years of warranty, but after the complicated delivery of my phone when I bought it, I would never send it again to wait another 2 months without any phone !! In addition to all of these bad things, when I finally received my phone, the charger was with a American plug socket ! So I don't have any fast charge for my phone, even if it was normally including on the box of my phone !!

To sum up, I would never buy another thing on this website, and I don't recommand you to buy something on it !

The mobile arrived 1 month late (3 months after the order) in perfect conditions.

as I told you by several mails sent, the equipment was purchased on the 20th of November and was only sent on the 5th of February, not coming in the desired color, and on the website they continue to say that there is the iphone rose, and they sent it to me gold, I was disappointed with you
