Waiting to long. Suspitious support....

Good prices. Excelent produc5s. Delivery a bit slow.

My item arrived almost two months later.

In between I contacted several times with Mr phone deals and their answers were never clear and specific.

I don’t think is worth the money you save buying with them if they have such long delays in their delivery times.

I requested a BLACK terminal in october "It was meant to be a Xmas and Birthday present" and i receved a BLUE one at the end of January.

In almost 3 months you did nothing to satisfy my request and at the end of the 3 months I had to accept your proposal.

Very BAd Experience. I have bought 2 phones on 6 September 2019 and they arrived on 5 December 2019...3 month to deliver, when the phone arrived it was already 60€ cheaper on the store...i asked for refund and try to cancel order an the answer was all the time "you have to wait, the order is in process" FOR 3 MONTHS WAYTING Very bad service,

Everything went smoothly, it just took a bit longer than expected, but the phone arrived just a few days late, so no big deal!

After sending 15 to 20 mails.. I received my order nearly 90 days after, my order date....
I’v paid the first day the full amount of may order!!!
Mr phone Deals, know how to get Money, from their clients payments instead of asking loans to their Banks .
I have financed this Company free of interest, during 90 days!!!!!
Mr phone Deals, it’s crook Company...that’s the truth...
I am very sad to say this... but this is my last feeling!!!

Very poor answer to my questions about delivery of item

Worst Ever!!

1 month late and no commercial gesture. No communication. To avoid.

This is the las time I order on this website I ordered on October 20th and I received the phone on end of January and because I sent lot of mails. This website make believe that it's shipped from Spain but it's not true phone are coming from China. So buy on chinadroid.com or Amazon and forget this website

Worst experience I had in online shopping.
I never buy or recommend on these sites again.
I had 6 months waiting for the article, it is regrettable.

I have received muy phone perfectly to the better price but too delay. I received It after three months!! I wrote a los of mails but advance the delivery was impossible.

delivery came with two months delay!
i sent them an email that i want my money back or getting the delivery within a week after the promised delivery date. it dodnt happen.
In the meantime i got another phone and i dont need to new phone anymore but I am scared to send them my phone back because i dont know what will happen with it and how much time i need to wait for a refund and if it will happen.
i ordered the phone in september and it were supposed to arrive in november. in the end it came in december that means 4 months after i ordered it. Thats way too much time.

Ordered phones in the beginning of December for Christmas present from a warehouse in Europe. Arrived in February... Terrible service
