Hello,
I bought a phone at Mrphonedeal on dec 15, 2019 and realised that many people where not delivered.
I tried to cancel immediately, but no way to do it, which is completely illegal.
I ask for reimbursement, but no answer.
I waited and asked again, but was never delivered.
No phone number. The headquarter is sometimes in London, sometimes in HK, but this site is in spain. The name on the company is also unclear.
Make sure you never buy on this site !!

update 02/03 Here is what MrPhonedeal replied to my request for beeing reimbursed:
"Dear Customer,
Of course you have that option but as we said, it seemed like a good option to inform you that your order is about to be sent.
In addition, we remind you that according to our general conditions, the refund can take 30 to 60 days.
regards"

I'm glad that they quote their general conditions : do they state that they HAVE TO deliver the goods I paid for ?
and my order is about to be sent... Hilarious !
Don't buy for this site ever !!

after 3 months that I have paid I didn't receive anything and to all my emails I had non sense answers. I suggest to all customers like me to notify the Authorities.

After this review they sent me again a non sense email just to prove they did something, but its all a joke, or better, a big fraud!

I ordered my phone on Black Friday in November. The maximum due date was 21 of January. Today, 24 of February I don't have any news about the phone, the customer service is literally a joke! Before you buy it, ask yourself if you are willing to risk your money with this company. Think about it, you'll only receive your phone 3 or more months later, if you ever do receive it... There are better phones now for the price I paid back then... Please don't be dumb and feed these companies as I did.

Not five stars only because it was not delivered in the estimated date.

Phone seems to get delivered by tuc tuc driver from China, ordered on black Friday in November, phone due to arrive on Monday the 24th February, finally got ups tracking no. So phone is almost here, after 3 months of waiting, utter s**
t company, will never use or recommend them to anyone, u order pho e as urs is either lost broke or stolen, 3 months for anything is a joke. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It tooked to lonk to delivery be sent, i've paid extra for faster delivery and it tooked to long to arrives.
Also didn't send the offers ...

They said that will send money back for express delivery but nothing have been done, also the offers that they said will delivery after, didn't received them...
As i can see in the review from other customer is the same woldwide.

I ordered a mobile for Black Friday and waited until the expected delivery date at the end of Jan. No phone arrived. I requested a full refound and yet, 20 days later, no money and no phone. Laura from the support department threatened the refound would take up to two months to be processed. I write nearly daily and all I get are apologies but no facts. They turned me to the customer services department, which. Does not write to me. Avoid like the pest.

Product is very good, as is the Price.
Your direct debit was in September 2019,
your delivery was in December 2019.
You have not actively informed about the delivery time and reasons for being late.

Very late the shipping. I had to wait 2 months.

Sorry to give a bad review, but the phone arrived with a nearly 3 months delay.
Costumer service always replied in 24-48 hours, but it wasn't easy every time to understand the reasons of this delay.
The cellphone works really good, no problem with that.
In one of the mail exchanges with the costumer service i was told they would send a little gadget with my order to apologize for the problem, but it never arrived.

The delivery time guaranteed in the delivery and service contract was exceeded by two months, delivery was only made after termination of the contract.

Delivery time was far too Long, ca. 6 weeks!!

Good price, but delivery 2 Months later and only after threatening with police

Telephone received after more than 2 months, despite having paid the surcharge for delivery within 14 days. And I had no refunds. Absolutely not recommended!

Very slow. I want to my money back but it was impossible. They don't send and don't give me money.
