Lack of concrete responses.

Almost 2 months to delivery .

The delivery was made out of date.

3 months after making the payment, there is still no expected date of delivery of the phone

this is very bad shop. After 2 month the phone is not yet shipped. I renunced and ask for order cancelling and buy the same phone on Amazon, but no way they want ship the phone in any case...

terrible. sent me a used reconditioned phone!
worked only for 3 days and they now cliam thta the IP68 rated phone got water damage!

They are a scam!!!

I am very happy with the phone. The delivery was as expected in Time. However i didn't receveided the free gift with my order. I already inform the company about it and they told me that they will sent it to me untill they will have some back in stock. Tks

Very bad.
Order made on November 2019.
2 months later nothing received and I am waiting to be reimbursed.

We are now 27 avril 2021 and I did not received my phone neither my money.

After Almost 4 MONTHS the product arrived.
Order issued on 26/09/2019, Arrived at my door on 20/01/2020.
16 weeks and 4 days of waiting, for a smartphone I needed.
If you have issues with your delivery service, and requires time to fix it, then at least change the delivery time stated and show the real ones; which is max 4 months for free delivery, and 2+ months for "gold" (as proved in the other reviews).
At least the phone I received was right and didn't have any troublesome notifications in the meantime, so I should counsider myself lucky.

Phone Arrive too late

Good price and the item is wonderful. Only the delivery needs too long time...nearly two months

Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro phone ordered on 01.11.2019. Since 23.11.2019 the status has not changed: "admission in logistic center". We are the 21.01.2020 and still nothing! Unable to reach customer service by phone, only by email. The answers are never clear about what is happening (in English, Spanish or Italian, it changes all the time), I am told to wait for the "next few weeks" without any other explanation.

They take FIVE months to the deliver an article. When asked, we got the run-around, and really silly answers like: "sorry but this days are hollidays"
We have to begin a compaint so they take the matter seriously
When at like the phone arrived, its battery was pretty dead, and we had to replace it.
Really bad experience

They are scam! Be aware not to fall for them!! Absolutly liars! After many emails sending them that I want to return the phone and get a refund they are not replying! I bought the phone for my friend in my country and now they gave me a refurbished phone as a new one! They also didn't send me the damn cybermonday box which I don't care, hell with it! I just want my money back and I will sue them!!

Not a scam but way too long (over 2,5 month) to get my phone !!

It was a terrible experience. I have paid a urgent delivery tax, so the article should be delivered up to Dec, 6th. I received only at Jan,16th, i.e it tooks 55 days instead of 15 days.

It was an amazing price, however the delivery time was way too much and support could nota help Confort me. Males me wonder if i had paid Faster shipping it would still fail to deliver on time. This is really bad because there are many bad reviews on the web and One might start thinking that was a scam. Fortunately i kept calm and the device was delivered as promised very well packed with everything it should include excepto for the user manual (the warranty papers were included). Overall im happy with everything but Next time i do not know if ill be able to wait for almoust 3 months.
