Delivery time: way too long. I ordered in September delivery was in January, although item listed as in stock.

I purchased the phone on 2019/11/01.
I paid it 256€. One week later you were selling it 249€....
On 2019/12/27, I didn't received the phone. I had no information about it...
I had to send you 2 or 3 emails to ask you what happened and 4 days later your costumer support answer to inform me that there were a problem with the color of the phone and if I would accept to have another color !
Finally I received my phone for 2 days on 2020/01/14 !
So no, I'm not happy with your service....

Good price, good product if you don't need very quick delivery (about 2 months) you can buy your phone with this dealer

One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Appalling delivery times, very long email response times and very vague replies to my questions. The delivery has exceeded the time limit I was given (18/12/19 to 25/12/19). The tracking system says that the phone is currently waiting in the logistics centre and has already been shipped etc (since 18/12/19), but the company told me a few days ago that the phone has not even been shipped yet and will be shipped in the coming WEEKS. I still haven’t received my phone. I hope this company is shut down very soon. It will save a lot of people from disappointment. Please for the love of god, do not purchase from this company.

I bought a phone on 5 october 2019 with PREMIUM delivery (2 weeks) so i could get it in time for my wife's birthday. It did not arrive until 6 january 2020, not even for christmas.
Asked several times for a total refund and the excuses were that they had a problem in the warehouse.
Now that the phone arrived, the wrong version was sent. This nightmare never ends...
To solve the problem they offered a phone accessory... they must be joking... Total SCAM
