only 2 stars for the last order because we have choose the phone on the end of october. since november 17 it was on the logistic platform until December 23.
and the phone was delivered on december 27.
when we have ordered it the max for delivering was december 23... Cool for a Xmas gift but arrived 2 days late.

Extreeeemly long delivery time.
The article itself (Xiaomi Redmi note 8) was as expected and the price was attractive but the delivery time was extremely long. The specified delivery time was very long at 5-7 weeks and the actual time was even longer: almost 9 weeks! But finally everything arrived savely.

Very, very bad unfortunately
Mr. Phone deals must be kidding me. I did not receive the phone, but I am asked to evaluate my purchase. They sent the phone with the wrong zip code. I contacted you several times to correct the code. They did nothing. I haven't been contacted yet to have my money returned. Service very, very bad unfortunately.

Late delivery cited in the delivery…
Late delivery cited in the delivery period was dec-12 but knowing how phones are shipped from china and subsequently from respective EU warehouses I expected atmost before christmas as it was a gift. Mind the order was placed on Nov-2. I got it delivered on Jan-2 and thanks to excelllent service i never had to worry for customer support reply
